This trailer is the reason I started playing Darksiders. I do not regret this decision.

"If you stab out one eye he's half as likely to see you. Cut off his arm, he's half as likely to hit you" to this day is my absolute favourite song lyric that at first sounds like it makes some sense but absolutely doesn't.

"Horsey looks mad-dle" will forever be my favorite line.

It's so nice to return to these videos and find that they're even funnier than I was able to appreciate as a dumb kid. The way he keeps integrating the joke about Death's lack of a mouth is hilarious. The Dow Jones line, despite not being incredibly clever, is made even funnier by the meta comment that follows about it taking him hours to write. The writing is also fantastic, in my opinion. "And if he had a mouth... he'd be screaming but he doesn't so he needs something to take some of the pent up aggression out on. He starts to now run, with his underground undead horsey." The way he's able to fit in so many syllables and internal rhymes and have it all flow in a satisfying way AND have it be funny is incredible. I just really respect his talent.

Why does the angel look so badass but gets his shit kicked in by a demon in like 3 seconds? It's odd. Otherwise this game looks pretty good for the time it was created (I say that like it is years old)

Still obsessed with this trailer, and the series. Absolutely loved Darksiders 2. It really teaches you the fundamentals of a dodge and attack game too (Dark Souls, looking at you).

I like how the this trailer dosen't even show the corruption, which plays a HUGE role in Darksiders 2.
