You forgot it's biggest advantage. It is the only kinetic rapid fire frame sidearm to come out in destiny. 6 years of this archetype existing, but only in the energy slot - until now.

Something about the optic and 0 muzzle flash of these raid weapons makes them feel amazing.

I think this is my favorite weapon review True Vanguard has ever put out. It's clear with all of your jokes and sounds that you were really excited to gush about Mykel and had a ton of fun putting it together. Great video!

I love my Fioritura (4k kills last season), but this thing is a MONSTER. The fact that it goes in the kinetic slot is amazing and allows it to slot into my Le Monarque build

I’ve been trying to understand the potential behind the raid weapons. There was no doubt in my mind that each weapon would have something valuable to offer but I couldn’t figure it out for the sidearm. Didn’t know that tap the trigger worked like this. Great vid

Ok, just loading up these guns in D2Gunsmith and looking at the base range numbers - Fioritura-59, 12,61 meters. Mykel's: 12.95 meters. I'm not sure those 30 centimeters are that big of an issue... Aim assist, 61? FIoritura has 59... 2 points less. I'm not sure these differences really add up to a revolutionary experience.

I got Perpetual Motion + Tap the Trigger. Wasn’t even really trying to play PvP at the time just doing my weekly and I thought I’d take it for a spin. Was definitely not disappointed. It was slaying.

I'm so excited to get this gun. I have always loved rapid fire sidearms. They have never been the best but I've always stuck by them for my play style. I hope more rapids get this combo, super excited to get into this raid for this gun!

Really been having fun with Mykel's in pve, my first roll has 48 range, perpetual motion and paracausal affinity. It's so good with the warlock necrotic melee setup.

I honestly like how this thing looks. It reminds me of the Halo 3 Mauler a little bit with how the front end is shaped. It's not a front magazine but it's still nice.

I only ever use the omolon 3 round burst side arms because its great at cleaning up people from Fighting Lion damage, but if I can get a squad together to do this raid I'll definitely keep an eye out for this gun

I really like the liminal from spire dungeon, perpetual, kill clip with flared mag it has a huge mag and great range, it just feels so strong

I'm going for the sidearm first crafting wise. I have a roll with rewind rounds and swash. PERFECT for strand hunter in PVE. Grapple melee into an engagement, instantly have swash x5 and unraveling rounds, pick up an orb from the melee and get the x2 or x3 surge going. Literally around a 50% damage boost with unraveling rounds just from doing ONE MOVE. Put 600 kills on it in a hour of gameplay. Can't wait to try it out in PVP.

Elemental capacitor and ttt on arc, stasis or strand is just going to be nasty.

Literally my very first RoN drop was a perpetual motion frenzy mykel’s and goddamn is that thing a beast. I have a god roll immortal that I could be using but I straight up choose this over it every time because, it might not be quite as good as a god roll immortal, but it more than competes and is like 10x more fun to use

I'm fully down with every weapon from RoN. I was on the fence due to the archetype but seen the perks even got the sidearm and auto to drop and I just fell in love with both. Also the trace rifle looks absolutely fire too

My favorite gun of all time, Smugglers Word, had Tap the Trigger and was an absolute monster even back when nobody used sidearms. I guess I'll need to do some raiding because the footage looks very tasty -- TTT is amazing on sidearms.

I think you missed some of the biggest pros at least in my opinion: - It has an adept variant, so adept range really allows it to separate itself from the rest of its archetype!! - Full Bore feels very good on this sidearm, seeing how tap the trigger keeps you at 100 stability still and the origin trait makes up for the handling defecit too! - It has little visual recoil when ADS'd so it doesn't really obscure the target as many other sidearms can end up doing. - In a very weird kind of way, rewind rounds feels like having backup mag on the gun as it refunds 50% (or slightly higher, definitely higher when enhanced) of landed shots to the mag when you run it dry. I find this super useful considering its low mag size and I'm grateful I don't have to sacrifice a range mag perk or adept range mod to pseudo-increase the guns mag size. The model does upset me though, I wish they'd gone all in on the alien look it has but it makes me sad it's only the front and from the players perspective you see a relatively normal sidearm...

Punchin out would like to have a word with ya. The reason why folks don't use it as much is simply because it is difficult to aquire and sidearms well unless u aren't on controller struggle in the sandbox

Punching Out has been one of my favorite weapons for PvP, I am so excited to have a craftable rapid fire in the kinetic slot.

I love Brigands Law and rapid fires more than any other sidearm. Have been using it with Mechaniers tricksleaves since I crafted it. It's by far my most consistent weapon. I do not like SMGs (console) so I've been using sidearms for a long time. Will try this one as soon as I have crafted it. 289 kills on my Brigands (~25% of all my kills since I crafted it).

I do enjoy busting out Fools' Remedy from time to time just to shake things, so when you're telling me that this is that but BETTER, I'm all ears.

enhanced elemental capacitor on void with ricochet rounds will also hit 100 stability but allow for a damage perk. a little more niche use but does offer a trade off worth considering imo

In typical destiny fashion we're still turning enemies into weapons, I just didn't expect Nezarec's nutsack to get turned into a glock.

I used to run the forerunner with a harmony punching out with mechaneers. Now I can run double rapid-fire harmony sidearms.

I was really hoping TV would make a video on this as he enjoys sidearms. I got this and then put almost 60 crucible kills on it in the next two days. One of my favorite guns I have ever fired. Not really sure why, it's just so cripsy.

Probably use Full Bore + Perpetual So you still get the bonus of Perpetual, but max out your range.

I have a God roll for pvp an adapt vision with full bore for 15 range, 5 range mag, reward rounds, tap the trigger, range master work and adapt range

I'm rocking it with ricochet rounds perp motion n frenzy for pvp n it's a absolute monster jesus I dnt have range but I have handling which is making it 85 stability it's godly that extra 10 rage would be dope asf tho imma have to grind for more I kept getting badrolls

Great video TV, unfortunately I dont have time for raids. I have played since D1 and only completed 3 raids. It is a time commitment thing for. Therefore, not likely to ever get this beast. But looks amazing. The video does explain why fools remedy has always felt so good, seems like the clear #2.

i have the crafted verison of this gun and its bugged, its rpm is slower. have a similar role with enhanced perks shown in the vid.

I think it would be cool to get a sidearm that's strand and works like the needler from halo. That would be neat.

Brigands law is gonna be great with the new rebalance. A 20% pve damage buff is huge

I know that it’s an odd looking gun, but the more I looked at it the more I realized it looked like a gun with a built in knuckleduster. Honestly now just wish I could punch people with it for unpowered melees lol.

I did a run before reset yesterday and got a red border of this, terrible roll sadly, but I spent my only 20 spoils on a second red border because I personally love the rapid fire sidearms. This will pair nicely with the Neomuna Pulse when I can craft that.

I have fully crafted brigands law with hip-fire grip/ rangefinder with almost 2k kills on it. Since fullaouto setting I feel like its an smg with better aim assist.

Suros Rapid fir sidearms are so underrated, Literally an SMG with more damage. Great in both PVE/PVP and I believe the highest primary DPS

oh yeah that invis glitch screws me over alot, especially when its my hc thats invis, like how am i gonna aim without a reticle? I applied invis to myself, not my reticle, and my enemies, and my teammates.

I'm not expecting only headshot kills, but when you made broad remarks like that, and there hasn't been a single kill that was only headshots, it makes me question the quality of information I'm about to receive.
