I am dumbfounded... I only needed to check up on how to set up my website with Cloudflare (which was quite easy... the technical part is changing the DNS servers to point to Cloudflare, which is not technical)... then followed all your steps to the letter... My desktop page load was around 6 seconds with a page size of around 4 MB. Now it's 1 second with a page size of 300 kb. Google Page insight data is even more astonishing. My mobile page score was 16 while my desktop was 65. (mobile was completely horrible). Now mobile is at 97 and desktop at 99. Am bedazzled beyond words at the magnitude of the difference. My hosting web server is Litespeed... Once I changed the DNS servers to point to Cloudflare they said the change would take about 24 hours; however, it was done in less than 15 minutes for me. (however, am sure it will take around 24 hours for the full website to reflect the new DNS servers) I am completely pleased... Thank you for this wonderful on point tutorial.
Thanks hosting. i used your hosting. and now after searching a lot of video Tutorials to optimize the speed of the page. finally, 91% problem has been resolved.
This is by far the best explanation I´ve seen. No jibberish talk. Thanks so much for the simplified dialog and straightforward step-by-step process and recommendations.
Hello Team could i request more info on the setup of quickcloud and cloudflare for the CDN. maybe it is just me, but i am not fully understanding it all
Hey there, if you need more information regarding the steps in this video, consider checking the written version of this tutorial here: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/litespeed-website-optimization-tool 🙏🏻
@@HostingerAcademy thanks, but i have spent 4 days and contacted hosrtinger support, quickcloud support and litespeed support trying to sort out the setup of using quickcould and cloudflare together
this guys is the real DEAL! thanks mate! you helped me bring my scores from 52 to 99. in 13mins, even after doing hours of research and not getting anywhere. to top it off, some recommendations before finding this video were so risky and intrusive that actually risked the codes getting messed up. THANK YOU!
One of the best video, I optimized my website speed after watching this. Although it is not 100% but it brings green mark most of the section I am fully satisfied with this video. Thanks a lot
Hello dear, Thank you for the tutorial. I have an issue regarding lazyload images and Mobile menu icon was not working. Is that has any solution? Regards
This is not video tutorial but it is a demo of litespeed cache. Can you suggest me a good and details tutorial for setting up litespeed cache with hostinger server
Hey there, you can find the steps to install the LiteSpeed Cache plugin in this tutorial: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/litespeed-website-optimization-tool 😊
Hello, I followed every single step you gave out, but after everything, I tested my website site speed, both on mobile phone and tablet mode I discovered my results in mobile phone mode was very poor intact it reduced from the initial 56% to 41% but increased to 92% on tablet mode. Please what can I do to increase the mobile mode, as must visitor use mobile phone
Hey there 👋 Optimizing both PC and mobile versions can be tricky. However, it is possible and we'd suggest checking out this tutorial, it might help you out! www.hostinger.com/tutorials/mobile-friendly-website 👈
Thank you for the amazing video. But I have one query. After doing all these steps. My site is giving good speed but one issue is - ads are not been shown on my site. Do you any idea, why it could be?
Hey Aashi, try disabling the *Localize Resources* option and see if it fixes the issue. To do this, go to LiteSpeed Cache's settings, then click *Page Optimization* -> *Localization* . After that, turn the *Localize Resources* option off and click *Save Changes* . If it still doesn't work, consider contacting the LiteSpeed support to help you fix the issue 😊
Great video, thank you. Regarding the server IP in the general tab, I use Cloudflare and it doesn't allow direct IP address requests, only domains. Is there a way to make an exception to this rule on cloudflare in order to connect LiteSpeed directly to my website?
Hello @dahuar2006, thank you for your question and we're glad you found the video useful! When you use Cloudflare, it typically acts as a proxy between visitors and your website, thus masking the actual IP of your server. Unfortunately, Cloudflare doesn't support the ability to make exceptions for direct IP requests. However, for LiteSpeed to work effectively with your website, you generally don't need to make direct IP requests. If you're trying to connect LiteSpeed directly to your website, you can use your domain name rather than the server IP. LiteSpeed will work well as long as your DNS records are correctly configured and pointing towards your server. If you need any more guidance or help, feel free to reach out. We're here to assist you! 💜
thankyou for excellent info, question do you have to purge or refresh or anything after doing these changes? i ran GTM and the results were worse, so i re-ran several times and the results were better every time now it A 99% 97% fully loaded in 1.3s was nearly 4sec before ps i had a discount code before signing up with you guys but forgot to use it
Hey there, it's not necessary but you can refresh the page after making the changes 😊 You can use this promo code on your next purchase to get 10% off: *HA10* 💜
On the help tutorial page it says this: the LiteSpeed Cache plugin comes pre-installed with all Hostinger accounts. Thus, Hostinger users can go ahead and skip the plugin installation step. Is this still true because I use Wordpress for my sites and am thinking of moving to Hostinger.
Hey can someone help me with my doubt. Since we opened a cloudflare account that means it already activated CDN right? And when I was trying this method I saw my quic cloud CDN is disabled so I can't understand wether I have to enable it in Quic Cloud and if I do then CDN of both Cloudflare and Quic Cloud will have some effects right? Can anyone help me out?
Dear Sir, Does these settings will impact on google adsence earnings?? As my adsence earnings decreased after doing settings in lightspeed cache after watching another video on youtube. My pagespeed reached to 100 but adsence earnings decreased after doing those settings.
Hey there, ads are served using JavaScript which is executed in the user's browser. The JavaScript will be cached, but the output (your ads) won't be, so caching might not be the problem. To identify the issue that caused a drop in earnings, try to understand which metric actually caused the drop. Revenue is calculated by multiplying CPC, CTR, and impressions. A change in any of these metrics triggers a change in your total revenue. We hope it helps, but if you have any other questions, please write it here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻
Hi Technical Puruji, Did you get the solution? Like does litespeed customization shown in this video decreased your adsense earnings? Or, what type of optimization are you following now?
I don't understand the image optimization being tied to the litespeed cache plugin when in your hostinger hosting dashboard it already has image optimizations? as well and minify css and javascript if I enable this is the litespeed cache plugin won't this conflict having these enabled both on the shared hosting cdn and in the plugin?
Hello 👋 The Hostinger dashboard's image optimization and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin's features serve distinct purposes: Hostinger's image optimization resizes and compresses images for better website performance, using percentage or pixel-based resizing and tools like TinyJPG. In contrast, the LiteSpeed Cache plugin enhances caching and optimization, including CSS and JavaScript modification, to reduce file size and boost loading speed. Enabling both these features should not conflict, as they optimize different aspects of your site. However, monitor performance and adjust settings if needed. Reach out to our support for help. For more on image optimization and website performance, see our guide: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/complete-guide-to-image-optimization.
Hello! LiteSpeed Cache plugin supports Lazy Load and Compression for images 💪 Please take a look on their webpage for more info and troubleshooting of this: docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/ts-media/
Hey there, have you taken time to configure the LiteSpeed Cache? Consider checking this article for more tips to tweak the plugin: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/litespeed-website-optimization-tool If you have any other questions, please write them here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻
on my Hostinger business hosting account, if I enable Litespeed, testing with Lighthouse the site's performance score drops from 78 down to around 50 - every time... I've tried many different settings, but always get the same slowdown. And the site is noticeably faster when I disable Litespeed. What could be wrong?
Muy interesante y completo el tutorial, me resulto muy útil ya que pudo mejorar considerablemente el rendimiento de mi sitio web. Muchas gracias por traernos este video, os dejo mi like, saludos desde España!
Hello 👋 The time it takes to generate a domain key using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin can vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of your website, server performance, and the specific settings you have configured in the plugin. In most cases, generating a domain key should not take more than a few minutes.
thanks a lot mate for this amazing content , but i got a problem, my web-mail stop sending and receiving emails on my Microsoft outlook after activating my website on cloudflare, please any solution ?
Hey there! If your webmail has stopped sending and receiving emails on Microsoft Outlook after activating Cloudflare, consider trying these methods to resolve the issue: - Make sure that your DNS records are correct and point to the correct mail server. You can check your DNS records in the Cloudflare dashboard or with your domain registrar. - Verify that your email account settings in Microsoft Outlook are correct. Make sure that you have entered the correct incoming and outgoing mail server information, username, password, and port settings. - Try disabling Cloudflare for email traffic by creating a new DNS record that bypasses Cloudflare. For example, you can create a new "mail" subdomain and point it directly to your mail server's IP address. - Cloudflare offers an email routing feature that can help route email traffic through Cloudflare. To enable this feature, go to your Cloudflare dashboard, select your domain, and navigate to the "DNS" tab. From there, add a new MX record with your mail server's hostname and priority. We hope it helps, but if you have any other questions, please write them here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻
Hey there 👋 Whether it's good to use Cloudflare and QUIC.cloud together for your website depends on your specific needs and goals. If everything is configured correctly then it can really help your website's speed!
Hello 👋 If you're already using quic.cloud and Cloudflare then there is no need to enable Hostinger CDN as using multiple CDN services might bring more harm and cause issues within the website 🙏
Hey there! It's possible to do so, but we suggest to only enable minification at one place 😊 We hope it helps, but if you have any other questions, please write them here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻
After enabling Litespeed cache plugin my site is not loading. Showing blank page. But after disable the plugin it started showing but ta page speed decreased
Hey there. To make sure that it's an LSCache issue, navigate to *LiteSpeed Cache* -> *Toolbox* -> *Debug Settings* and set *Disable All Features* to on. If you're still having a problem, then it is probably not an LSCache plugin issue. If the issue is gone, then the issue is probably related to the LSCache plugin 🙏🏻
@@HostingerAcademy yes sir after disable all features my site showing again. I tried many ways contacted the plugin support team at the end they did some changes but my site's load speed got increased. At the very beginning I watched your video about litespeed cache setup , and implement the same my site speed score was 100. But till this issue my site speed score is only 51-59. I am becoming helpless. I contacted your team also but not getting over from it . I thought my website will load fast but all went wrong...
Hey Nayeem! The Guest Optimization option can help boosting your site performance, giving a great first impression to visitors. Still, it can eat up resources that would otherwise be used to serve your website, causing it to be slow. But if you only have a few websites on your hosting account, feel free to try this feature 🙏🏻
Unfortunately its nothing change.. i am also on Hostinger .... there is other way to help mobile speed? and how can check if clouflare connected with success?

hello, i installed this plugin to speed up mobile version of my website, it does increase the website's speed on mobile but the homepage does not responds when tapped on the main menu, the main menu does not open, if this can be fixed it would be great. thanks
Hey there, have you tried clearing your cache? If it doesn't work, try disabling the *Localize Resources* option and see if it fixes the issue. To do this, go to LiteSpeed Cache's settings, then click *Page Optimization -> Localization* . After that, turn the *Localize Resources* option off and click *Save Changes* . If it still doesn't work, consider contacting the LiteSpeed support to help you fix the issue 😊
I just did this for another domain and at the 10 min markl it was 100% 100% and loading in 0.3s wow. but then i continued to the end, where i dont thnk i really made any more changes but i dropped to 99% 96% and 3.7 s i should have quit while i was ahead. :( i wonder if i can reset to default and start again?
do I really need this domain key? my page always shows that I need an object cache, that's why I installed this plugin.. you know another plugin with object cache? that's why I don't understand why you don't press "on" at the object cache field?
Hey there! Yes, you need to add your domain key to use QUIC.cloud features and services. Consider checking this article to see other WordPress cache plugins: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/wordpress-cache-plugin 😊
When I turn on the guest mode, google says the site and its pages are not mobile-friendly, and when I turn off the guest mode, the speed returns to the old one. What can we do in this situation?
Hey Firat, do you also use the Guest Optimization option alongside the guest mode? Note that the guest mode optimization might take up some of your WordPress website resources, so if your website resources are limited, you might want to discuss with our Support team whether you should activate the guest mode. You can send us an email at support@hostinger.com to get in touch with our team 🙏🏻
Hey Pooja! Consider trying these tips to solve your problem: - *Check the plugin settings* - Make sure that the plugin settings are configured correctly, and the cache is enabled. - *Check for conflicting plugins* - Conflicting plugins can cause compatibility issues. Deactivate other plugins and see if the error persists. - *Try disabling HTML minification* - Some users have reported that disabling the HTML minification feature in the LiteSpeed plugin settings can resolve this error. - *Check the theme code* - Ensure that your theme's header file is properly formatted and contains a valid doctype declaration. - *Check for PHP errors* - Check your website's error log to see if there are any PHP errors that could be causing the issue. We hope it helps, but if you have any other questions, please write them here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻
Hey there, you can follow this tutorial to minify CSS files in WordPress: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/website/improving-website-performance-minifying-css-html-and-javascript We hope it helps, but if you have any other questions, please write them here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻

at 08:23 You forgot to hit save changes button after long time cache settings, i am surprised if newbies adopted this they will be damaged drastically.
Hey there! We're sorry to hear that it is difficult to follow the video. In such a case, we recommend trying to follow this written article about the same topic: www.hostinger.com/tutorials/litespeed-website-optimization-tool/ 👈
Hey there! Here are a few steps you can take to fix this issue: - Use a CSS optimization plugin - there are several plugins available that can help you optimize your CSS and remove any unused code, such as Autoptimize and WP Optimize. - Use a browser dev tool - you can use browser dev tools like Chrome DevTools to check the network tab and see which resources are loading and which are not used. - Optimize your images - optimizing your images can also be a factor in the mobile performance, try to use a plugin such as Smush or Optimole to optimize your images. Removing unused CSS can be a challenging process, so it's recommended to take a backup of your website before making any changes. Make sure to also test your website after each step to identify the cause of the problem 🙏🏻
This video seems outdated for hostinger run websites. Object caching is available and there's now a CDN option in the dashboard as well, although it's not clear if this works together with litespeed cache.
best to use it from my testing, im still confused if hostinger cdn or caching even works or just marketing. Cause they do install it for you... so technically they offered it?
Hey there! Thank you for pointing this out. Hostinger's platform is indeed evolving rapidly and we are continuously trying to keep up with the updates in our tutorials. Regarding your question about the CDN working together with LiteSpeed Cache, yes, they can work together. LiteSpeed Cache is a server-side caching technology, while a CDN distributes your site's static content from servers located around the world. These two technologies complement each other to make your website faster and more efficient. We will take your feedback into account and update our video tutorials to reflect these changes. Thanks again for your keen observation! 💜
Hey there, here are a few things you can try to fix the issue: - Make sure that you have entered your email address correctly, including any periods, underscores, or other special characters. Also, make sure that you have entered the correct domain name. - If you are still having trouble, try using a different email address to create your Cloudflare account. This could be a different email account that you own, or you could create a new email account specifically for this purpose. - If you are still unable to create your account despite trying the above steps, you can reach out to Cloudflare support for assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and get your account set up. We hope it helps, but if you have any other questions, please write them here or send us an email at support@hostinger.com 🙏🏻
