The FDNY is making its first arrest busting a Brooklyn e-bike shop owner for illegally storing and charging lithium-ion batteries. It comes as there has been a rash of deadly fires attributed to the potentially dangerous devices. FOX 5 NY’s Teresa Priolo has more on the takedown and reaction from fire officials.

Like this guy. It took the FBI. When exactly should he be arrested ? When someone dies ? If it was your kid that dies you would be blaming NYPD for not arresting him before or during a previous inspection.
