The old rechargeable batteries are picked up from city collection centers , the mining operation I will call it. From that point to product at sales places what are all the costs compared to newly mined materials?

Great content in the video, but as some constructive criticism, please invest in a better microphone. The echoing makes it very hard to hear you, especially with studio speakers.

Tbh the aluminum would be best disolved in acid to form AlCl3 and H2 rather than attempting recovery as metal.
