Little birdie in the tree,
Building a house for all to see.
Tweet-tweet-tweet, with twigs and leaves,
Working hard, she never leaves.
Flap-flap-flap, she flies around,
Gathering sticks from the ground.
Peep-peep-peep, she finds some hay,
To make her nest comfy today.
Chirp-chirp-chirp, she adds some grass,
Building her house, she's working fast.
Coo-coo-coo, a feather here,
Her cozy home is almost near.
Now her nest is snug and tight,
Little birdie rests for the night.
Hush-hush-hush, in her nest so high,
She dreams of flying in the sky.
