I had ordered a very beautiful dress from littlebox but turned out to be exact opposite of it it was a mess i didn't get a refund which they had mentioned and for that i had applied for return and exchange but they didn't give any exchanged product neither any gift card.. It's going to be an year still nothing from their side.. Very disappointing now that they got more popular through shark tank India.. I like their collection but im traumatized after that experience they dont communicate with their customers at all!!!

Return is available but their customer service is very poor so it will take a lot lot of time and also no refund.. Instead they can exchange you the same product with sixes up or down or give you a gift card... I had applied for return but they didn't give any exchanged product neither any gift card.. It's going to be an year still nothing from their side.. Very disappointing

To apko little box ki xs fit ho jati he? Kiu ki 1st dress me apne xs purchase kiya he apne bataya or xs ka waist he 22, actually I also want to buy the dress but eha me exchange hone me problem karte he, or mene unki sahi size nehi liye to problem ho jayega hamara waist 27 he
