No, it's not beautiful. It's horses running over for the possibility of food. When they see there is none, they will ignore the child. You can see that the one which puts its head over the fence is investigating the child's outstretched hand for the presence of a treat. Period. That's horses.

It really depends. It could be because they're bored and that's the most stimulation they've had all day. Or maybe the food thing. But horses aren't stupid or completely numb, and definitely have connections with owners and their friends. If they didn't like the kid they wouldn't bother.

My eyes will be huge and mouth open in shock. I will stay silent for the rest of the day when I'm around them because they are just beautiful...

He lives on acreage in the mountains and and some friends keep their horses There and the horses keep the grass to a civilized level for my dad. They take on a lot of neglected abused horse so their not always healthy looking to begin with and somewhat skittish around humans. We've had complaints from the RSPCA. About one horse being malnourished. The poor old boy was 30 years old and had a lot of problems with his teeth. Our friends had had the vet there a number of times and they were working on him to give him a better quality of life. Some passes by rang the council and the RSPCA. Poor boy he was in a sad state of affairs. I don't think he could believe his luck when our friends started giving him the best quality of food with plenty of time to eat it,a paddock with rich sweet grass, a regular brushing and a quality blanket to keep him warm. He was a very sweet friendly old horse. Kinda great considering that he had been badly neglected. Sadly he died a year later. He was going blind. Horses can be awesome mate

@@pattidrier9593 exactly! When my Brother was 6yo he got bit in the upper back and lifted his own height off the ground.. Dont know if it was because he had used a shampoo that smelled like apples or what, still, the adult should always be close just incase.

@@stefanvegsund9584 yes. My ex had a mare that reached over a fence and grabbed an 8 yr old girl by the back of her neck. I wasn’t there but she was in the hospital for a week. The same mare bit me on my hip and lifted me off the ground and shook me like a rag doll. 25 years later I can still feel the scar tissue under my skin. Horses are extremely powerful and can be unpredictable. This mare was boss or lead mare of our herd. She took our movements as a challenge to her authority. We got rid of her before she could kill someone. I showered that mare with love and kindness. So it was not mistreatment on. Our part. On the flip side we also had a gelding that absolutely took care of the kids that worked with him. Numerous occasions where he kept kids safe in a dicey situation.

@@pattidrier9593 sorry to hear that. If any human approach any animals kids, the mother will always stay close wich is an indicator they dont fully trust us even if they love us(what i believe). Anyways, it would just seem stupid to me to let our kids approach them alone while we are far away when they wont let us do it to their kids. Common sense
