Sometimes, it's ok to withdraw from the world. At first, I used to think that I could do it all, but after my second child, a lot had changed. More so than I had expected. After being sick for 2 weeks, I was exhausted at the everyday quirks of life.
I've been sitting on this video slowing editing whenever I felt like it. I was too tired to concentrate on RU-vid even though I knew my viewers were patiently waiting for a new upload.
Sometimes, that's what life does to, and all you can do is take a minute and just sit back and feel the flow.

Nice to see you again. You said you have body aches. I dont know if the test for inflammation in Guyana. Here is the US there is is ...ESR, Rheumatoid factor etc. Inflammation is the root of all pain. Certain foods can trigger it badly. There are medicines that can ease the pain. I have been that route. See a rheumatologist, they do blood work and check your levels. Just some suggestions that worked for me. Wish you well.
