i have a deluxe and in order for me to keep it at the desired temp and humidity i have to set the outside settings at 101.6 and my inside temp readings hold at 99.6 to 99.8 and my humidity stays around 60%
I've got two 11300 models and they are either cooking the eggs or cooking the hatchlings after they hatch. I'm sure the temp wafers are the issue but can't seem to find them anywhere and Miller wont sell parts to customers. Seems a little like foot shooting since I will now move to farm innovators from now on.

So disappointed. Purchased 11300 brand new with additional quail rails. 24 days ago. 6 little beaks poking out from their shells chirping last night are now dead from the cold. The heater was intermittent and the sensor was not accurate. 3 hatched day 22 only to stay wet and suffer sever leg spasms while on their backs. We hand cared for these the best we could and one is struggling to survive. Results 1 possibly 2 survived out of 21 viable chicks.
@@Selvirabrooks Please be careful It overheated and killed all of mine, birds dead as they were peeping, three newly hatched dead. Had lost three other settings but never could catch it in the act. This is a faulty mess and the company didn't do anything but offer another one, no thanks, they need to scrap this and start over.
Help, I just received this little giant 9300 still air incubator and we set it up and it's smoking a ton. I am rather concerned that the smoke is scary. Please help. Thank you

Thank you Miller manufacturer's for being so amazing, we sent videos of the smoke and we got emails and help from staff. A new fully perfect incubator showed up and we are now hatching Muscovy eggs. Thank you and my God bless and keep you. Made in the USA 🇺🇸 means something amazing!
can someone at this company please tell me how do you hatch out any thing in this incubator with all them holes in it i purchased one not knowing about all them holes it probably will not hold temperture or humidity and they also put holes on the top
I have bought three they continue to be inaccurate they give false readings and if I unplug and replug they give they correct temporary, I have just lost 500$ in hatching eggs , this is so sad I spent my savings for these eggs thinking at least two of three would work but was I ever wrong . Complete junk electronics.😡

Can you please explain how to fix flickering screen.. I use the incubator once and it did work well but I'm trying to use it a second time but the temperature reads as 188f I washed as instructed but don't know what happened. Please help!
Much too costly for as many people report failing. Cuatomer sevice was not helpfulat least for me, attapting to charge me double what it would cost to replace the digital controller and sensor with a generic inkbird controller. Bought a farms innovation incubator that came with a auto turner for much less than replacing the little giant and i picked up a govee set of digital thermometers with bluetooth that supports and alert if it gets out to high or low and STILL came out a bit cheaper than another millers incubator. I am not saying the farmers innovation incubator will be more reliable, but it was cheaper by a lot for something millers manufacturing seems to think should fail in a incubation cycle and it not be a big deal for people. Heck, i am more likely to pay MORE to avoid another millers product.

I spent over 300bucks on this and the egg turner I am so disappointed with it !! None of what this lady saying is in the manual!! Like the little chicken picture? And why wouldn't it be made so that the water can be added with out opening the unit? I'm so disappointed right now My first incubator and it's a piece of junk! No wonder my duck eggs died!!
