Favorite character was Mrs. Oleson, she was brilliant at playing that part.

Mr. Edwards (Victor French) because of his kind spirit, warmth, and sense of humor. The pilot episode where he meets Santa Claus and brings Christmas to the girls.

I loved Laura ; she was such a cool character and was always fun to watch

This show meant everything to me! I could hardly wait for Monday night to watch this with my sister and Mom and Dad It was a show that everybody could watch! Sadly my Mom passed away at a young age from breast cancer, but what great memories!I think Michael Landon who played Pa was my favorite because he was so positive and upbeat! Just think if he were alive today what good shows we would have !We need more people like him!

Laura is my favorite. She’s always gave an angelic vibe that every one loved including Nellie secretly. She was like Pollyanna bringing joy and teaching others to just love one another. I wish I able to go to the 50th anniversary just to be there and experience everything and meet the cast! I’m a huge fan and adore Little House on the Prairie! That would have been my dream. 😢I’m a single mom state 3 cancer patient. I’m always in pain and not able to go many places. It’s very difficult for me to do anything. I was always happy to see an episode featuring Victor French as Mr. Edwards, my favorite character. Such a warm and real character, and could play both comedy and drama with equal aplomb. I always had wished that I had a Mr. Edwards in my life when I was growing up.

My favorite Lhotp episode is The Camp-out from season 2 because I remember watching it a lot when I was little, and I also went camping with my family a lot too when I was younger so that must have something to do with it. It's also really funny to see the dynamics of the Ingalls and Olesons out in the woods!

Laura was my favorite character as a child. I wanted to be brave and carefree. Looking back I was probably more like Carrie. I’m so glad I got to see your video! Thanks so much!

My favorite episode is the Lord is my shepherd..i love everything about it especially the end when Pa finds Laura and they hug.. Melissa once said that was a real hug she wasn't acting and you could feel the love between them..

I love little house on the prairie, my fav character was Harriette and the funny things that happened to her, the tent fell on her when she was showing the school children Nellies restaurant, she fell off a horse when Nellie was eloping with the pig farmer and many others, laughter really is the best medicine.

Little House on the Prairie reminds me of how young I was. The Ingals family gives me a thrill every time I watch the series.

When I was younger, it was Charles, Laura, and Carolyn! I still love them with all my heart! However, Mrs. Olsen is my favorite, now! She was an outstanding actress, who made you hate her, and love her!

Charles was my favorite, Through all the Good times and Hardships he kept the family together.

Amazing weekend would have loved to be there! But I'm stuck in snowy character. Percival is my favorite character. Once he came around, he truly changed Nellie into the person she was always meant to be. Their love story is one of my all time tv favorites!

My favorite episode is sweet sixteen, I love when Laura and Almanzo find their love, and same with Nellie and Percival!!

Hard to pick a favorite character as they each were great in their own way, but perhaps Ma was my favorite because she was so full of grace!

Harriet Oleson was my favorite character. She literally owned every scene!

My favorite episode was " I'll Ride The Wind " Touching , well written :) Loved Radames Pera as John Jr.

My favorite "Little House on the Prairie" episode? Oh man, there are so many to choose from as the show was so well-written and produced! But if I had to pick one, it has to be "The Lord is My Shepherd." I absolutely loved Ernest Borgnine's portrayal of "Jonathan," and I believe it was God who had sent him from Heaven to watch over Laura.

My favourite episode is Country Girls . Laura and Pa were always my most loved characters

Mary was my favorite she did a very good job when she found she was going blind and Michael Landon new how to get your emotions up. Very good director and actor.

Laura Ingalls was certainly my favorite. Her fire, her spirit, her determination. She faced life, making mistakes along the way, and lived it fully with a good heart. These traits inspired me to be the best version of myself, and I will forever fondly cherish not only her, but the whole beloved, wonderful show.

I'm glad you covered the event. Nice video! I attended the event on the Friday and we had an absolutely gorgeous day for the Big Sky Ranch tour. It was meaningful to me to return to Big Sky after having had the opportunity to to visit four times back in the late 1980's and early 1990's during fundraiser open house events. Back then pretty much all of the Little House sets except for Walnut Grove were still there and the Father Murphy mining village as well. The organizers of the event did a great job and the artists who created the set facsimiles did an amazing job.

To me, Laura was the central character of the series. The real-life Laura Ingalls Wilder passed away in 1957, but I'm almost certain that, had she lived long enough to see for herself, she would have approved of this series.

I so wish I could have attended!! ☹️☹️

Michael Landon wanted to create a realistic feeling to the show. The fact that he created an actual town took the show to the next level. Walnut Grove was almost it's own character. Full of life and memories.

Mr. Oleson the best. Had to put up with snotty Nellie & self righteous Harriet, yet maintained a humble decorum to Charles and his family, who his (Mr. Oleson's) family disdained. A class act.

I love the show, watched it growing up and so glad it's still on tv today! I really love all the characters, but especially love Laura. What's not to love about her? 😂 She's spunky, brave and honest. A typical little girl, just like me when I was her age. Lol😂 If I had to pick just one fav episode it's when Laura pushed Nellie down the hill while Nellie was in the wheel chair. Loved watching this video. It made me smile as many of the 50th Anniversary videos do. I loved all of the characters,* real people lol As much as I adore Laura Ingalls-Wilder , I have to say my ALL TIME FAVORITE had to be “Ma” aka Caroline Ingalls played by Karen Grassle. She made life easier for all of the Family & in my opinion was just as important as “Pa” … Charles Ingalls or better know as Michael Landin. Mother’s EVERYWHERE HOLD FAMILIES TOGETHER. ~ Anita3kids aka Anita S. in NJ

Paramount+ should revive this story, at least for a few episodes run to see what i know already, it is an everlasting series that will always get support.

I could never pick a favorite, but among the most liked, were Jonathon Garvey, Allison Garvey, Willie Oleson, Reverend Alden, Hester Sue, Joe Kagen, and Caroline Ingals. Lol!

I am from Crestline San Bernadino mnts I live in ANCHORAGE now. Uh i did hear that the 1 actor dude who bought Charles Ingals house took dwn & numbered into storage. And i heard Ken Friendly has the Porcelain little doll kept on mantle. Or his daughter now. I love so many characters from Little House, but Laura has to be my favorite. I was born in 1973 so my earliest memories of any television show, besides cartoons, is Little House. I wanted to be Laura. I made my brother, cousins and friends play Little House all the time and no one but me ever got to be Laura. My dad and I were very close ,like Laura and Pa. We fished all the time and I would play baseball with the neighborhood and church kids. I think I resonated with Laura so much, because we were so much alike. I could go on and on about all the similarities,but I've already posted too much! My favorite episode is Sweet 16. I absolutley love that one! This was a great video, by the way!

I also attended. While nostalgic there were some definite downers. Mainly the bus ride. Where I was sitting someone laid an egg and the ride wasn't pleasant. Lines were unreal. I did have fun so I can't say it wasn't worth it but weather conditions were a real drag.

I think my favorite episode had to be At the End of The Rainbow. When Laura dreamed of being rich and the Olsen family poor, after Laura and her friend Jonah find fools gold. I have so many favorites, it was hard to pick one.

My favorite character is Mr. Edwards, because just like the character in the song "Old Dan Tucker," he was a gruff misfit but still a loveable character. I believe that he was the "Old Dan Tucker" of Walnut Grove and this is what either Michael Landon or some other exec wanted, which explains why the song was played every time he was on camera.

Laura she was the kind of friend everybody needed or wanted.Loved how she stood up to Nellie too!

My favorite episode had to be the introduction of Percival in "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not". The way he took Nelly (and her mother!) in hand and softened her hard edge delighted me. He didn't let her get away with anything! Also, he was adorable.

I've really enjoyed this. I live far and I wish I could have gone to the event. Larua and Charles are my fave. Since they are my fave actors. I grew up watching the show. Probably, when it was 6th season. The show is older than me. I use to sit and watch the show with my grandma as she loved it (when she was alive). She even told me once, "I remember riding in a buckboard wagon."
