Man this song brings me a lot of memories of when we used to drive on the country roads drinking PURO LITTLE JOE THAT'S the best times in Cameron, Texas 😊
Pinché Little Joe im a mexican immigrant my parents bought me to dallas texas in 1974 and you're the only one that caught my attention you're a chingon carnal
Little Joe's music brings tears to my eyes. My mother always played his albums . Especially when we had family get togethers. She was the oldest so we had most of the partys at our house. Funny but we had the smallest house out of all my aunts and uncle but they always ended up at Mama's house. We would drink and dance til the sun came up. Those were the Good Ole Days Take a nap and do it all again til theweekend was over
I had to answer because I thought you were my niece.... your life mirrored mine so much. My family are South Texas chicanos, my father, uncles, and brothers all play one instrument or more. There was 12 of us and us girls listened to Little Joe and others; comparing them to the family's music. Our parties were very similar to yours. God Bless you for bringing back the good memories for me. And yes, one of my manmy nieces is Genevieve Sanchez also
playing this for my grandpa during his last hours. not sure if he appreciates it, but I'm a fan of music and I would like to think a bit of it to mix up all the sadness would be welcome. it's just the two of us in the room and I'm not playing it that loudly
Everyone runs to the dance floor! Song seemed to go on forever too. LOVED dancing to this! Do many debuts, weddings and nights with my dad at his fave cantina. CHEERS!
If i could ask Little Joe one question it would be, how does it feel to have brought love and happiness to so many through your songs???? I will love him forever. Cant sit down while his music is playing, am i right?

Yo les digo a mis hermanos, los que les gusta tomar, que nunca se den al vicio que los pueda dominar, que en este mundo tirano hay que sabernos tantear... Un saludo a mis hermanos desde Coatepec Harinas a Oklahoma city...
