I've watched and sung along to this probably two dozen times over the last few months. It's been an important thing for me, for a lot of complex reasons that I won't go into here. Still, though I know the creators are unlikely to see this, there's a specific message of gratitude I need to offer. Specifically, I want to thank the guitarist for the way she OWNS it on that stage. I find it incredibly inspiring. See, I'm a very heavy guy myself. And I often feel that there's a pressure -- real or imagined -- to become less visible because of my weight issues and my self-perceived unattractiveness. Though my weight issues have been a lifelong struggle, all my gradual efforts were derailed during the first couple years of Covid. I'm now at the heaviest weight of my life, and I often feel like a foreigner in my own body. But seeing the way the guitarist just rocks it, owns who she is and remains a presence of joy and enthusiasm, makes me feel like maybe there's a path forward besides shame and self-attack. And I've really needed to believe that. So, thank you. Sincerely. This has meant a lot.

I think this video shows that if you want to hold an event in Australia and pull a crowd, then hold it n Melbourne. They really know how to get out and have fun down there. Looks like a lot of fun.
I saw that ABC thing you did for Couch Choir and was moved. Then I noticed how only a week later all the mainstream channels stole your idea and started running COVID adds in the same format. It pissed me off. They blatantly screwed you over. I had not even heard of you before that so just so you know, people noticed. I don't have any money or anything so I thought about how I could help. Decided I would come in here and at least sub and follow your RU-vid stuff. I will support you where I can and will continue to talk about Pub and couch Choir with my friends. :)
