Its just mr.voice watching Misfortune trying to not loose her balance in the middle of the night

This encompasses the feeling of the game perfectly. The slightly unnerving music, yet oddly pleasant in its own way. The dark creature looming in the foreground while Misfortune desperately tries to escape into the night. Really gives the feeling of something otherworldly.

Have you every been in a car driving fast past a country side in the fall and looked out of the window and wondered what would happen if you decided to leave everything behind and walk a strait line into the feilds and forrests and mountains? Wondering what things you would see? What people you would meet? Would anyone miss you? Would they come looking? Would anything be the same? What would happen if you never looked back? That is the vibe i get from this.

I really love games like this: Little Misfortune, Sally Face, etc. I feel as though it perfectly encapsulates childhood as you truly experience it? Because lots of times, when adults make things made for children or make them to nostalgize childhood, they forget the horror that comes with it. Little Misfortune manages to juggle the innocence and joy of childhood with its horror. It manages to understand that being a child doesn't mean that you get a child-sized threat. Instead, you are simply a small wanderer with nothing to help them but these mysterious, large things called adults whose reasoning is enigmatic at the best of times. They could hurt you or help you at any time, and you never know what they intend at the time, nor do you have any way to defend yourself but to hope for the best. I don't know, I just love this thing that's happened to indie gaming in the past few years that portrays a fantasy that is closer to my reality of childhood. I'm not sure if anyone else thinks that about Little Misfortune, but somehow this game makes me feel as though I'm not crazy when I think of my own childhood.

I really love these kinds of games..especially the soundtracks. They have just the right amount of calmness, but an underlying secret. I also love the voice of Morgo, I could fall asleep to it

something about little misfortune that makes me happy, sad, scared a bit, angry, just mixed emotions honestly one of the best games out there, I still comeback to it every now and then

The way KillMonday portrays swedish nature is excellent. This is how it feels like walking in swedish forest at night during autumn. Most people seem to percieve their games in a magical light, or like something otherworldly or scary. Which is a interpretation I respect of course, but to me they feel like home.

You are seriously underrated Also heck the whole game of Little Misfortune gives me the exact feeling from my dreams! The scariest about them are the strong emotions. Fear, burst of real anger, disturbence? I once dreamt about Musfortune slowly dying after being hit by a car. But like the whole dream was about children being killed by car and blood. And agony and mistly the pain of looking at it. And for some reason characters from cartoons and games played there XD at least this makes sense.
