For me I voted for them because of how every week they seemed to try their hardest and would iimprove vocally as well get closer as a group. With them it was like watching them grow up and get better and better and I think everyone knew there was something special there
If you guys want to get to know them a bit more you should watch why is little mix's album called get weird? they're all so crazy and funny and insane but it's so amazing because they're just so normal and yeah that's why people love them a lot they are just so authentic and amazing .
They say it all the time that they got so lucky with each other because they genuinely get along and their friendship means so much to them! The media and people are always trying to analyze them and find drama but there's nothing to find! They love each other!
I voted every week, they were amazing and their friendships shines through their performances, this is why i voted, but also because at the time there was no girl groups in the industry and i felt like they fit in really well to crack the industry
I voted for them twice when they were on X Factor. It's been a thing on the show that the girl bands kind of suck. They try to be sexy and sound awful. Little Mix won because a number of things but I think a lot of it was because girls could see themselves in them and they sounded great together.
It's not just that girl bands kind of suck, they usually got out by the second live show :)) And they made it through to the final and managed to win! Legends!

Regarding the Perrie part: IT was difficult at the time for her because she and Zayn Malik (Formerly of One Direction) had broken up, they had been together for like 2-3 years then got engaged, it's rumored that he broke up with her one day through text and the break up was why she was crying in that performance, very emotional song, she went through a lot but don't worry queens all good now. loved this...And I think you conpletely understood their friendship..they always say they think would be really lonely to be alone.. and that they love to be able to work and travel with their best friends..and havr each others back and experience everything together. They have such a strong bond..its beautiful!! I definitely lovr them more because of that bond.
I loved everything about them but the chemistry is unprecedented in 4 people who knew next to nothing about each other before the X-Factor. They were meant to be.
When they won I was 8 and I could always remember wanted to be a part of their group because they all have such a strong connection and they were meant to be because they're voice contrast and blend so much
I remember watching it and the things that stood out was watching them grow, and every thing was genuine, and because we all new there story I suppose we wanted them to do well, but the most important thing was these girls could bloody sing.

This makes me remember I watched a reaction from a vocal coach to one of Little Mix Acapella vids and he said they were amazing and then he added smth a find curious 'they must've spend lots of time together, they are so in sync, I'm in acapella group and we spend as much time together practicing as we can to be in sync' The comments were like, Well, they have a big & beautiful friendship, participate in their music creation and never stopped working since they got together so I think that's a yes ✨

I remember their season of Xfactor it was back at the height of the show really and it was a very strong season of competitors but they were definitely talented, delightful and nice and they grew throughout the competition and they then became the first and only group to ever win the Xfactor (until 2017)

I supported them because they were so down to earth, and Tulisa, their mentor, made it clear over and over again that the band was about women supporting each other. We knew it was genuine when one of the judges tried to make Perrie their lead singer by saying she was the strongest singer when critiquing their live performance, and she immediately shook her head and disagreed.
And if you follow their career, you'd see that the girls are very involved in the music creation process, and they really try to bring out each of their unique characteristics, not just making the strongest belter the lead of the group.
i voted for them and i think it was because you could see their genuine friendship but also they improved week on week if you watch liitle mix x factor journey you will see all their performances and how they've progressed
I feel like their friendship massively helped them win the show. if you watch some of their x factor performances they were ok but nothing like they are now. there was much better singers in the competition that year. You can see how hard they have worked just looking at their vocals then and now

Sorry, I know this is an old video but to answer your question about what it was that made you vote for them when watching it live... I can't actually remember them being particularly close, I remember the other acts that were sharing a house with them throughout the live show, and the friendship between everybody, but I don't remember Rhymix (as they were known at first) being all that tight, but then it was along time ago. What I do remember is how tight their harmonies were and how good they looked together, as well as some really good song choices. I think it was the whole package, and overall they were the best act during that series. It was kind of a timing thing too, no girl group had won the show up to that point so it was pretty good timing to have these girls come along and shake it up a bit. Just to say, It looks like they're super close now, and re-watching some of the clips in this video makes me think I just didn't pick up on their friendship at the time. Just to add, I remember Jesy being bullied a bit during the show. I think it was people at home and to some extent the press having a problem with her looks and her weight, and from that I remember the other girls rallying around her, so that might've been the reason they bonded so quickly. I remember Jesy crying during a few of the initial shows and the other girls supporting her.
Hi, in answer to your question regarding the voting for the girls to win. Their friendship was great but the British public don't really vote that way... They turned a corner one week in the competition where they became vocal powerhouses. Look up when they sang " what's it gonna be" by Envogue. They came out dressed in unison and presented strongly and then the vocals were intense... This was on live television. There was no question after that performance. X
perrie was engaged to zayn (former one direction band mate) & they broke their engagement in 2015. the clip of her breaking down while singing was tough for her bc 1. the song they were singing was a bit sad & 2. the ending of their engagement had just been broken.

Because they are both big stars this was ALL over social media, the news etc. so it must have been partically difficult for Perrie to get over, when in all interviews she was hammered with questions about the breakup.
it was tough cause zayn broke up with her (her boyfriend) he broke their engagement and moved on immediately to another girl who is a model (gigi hadid) and they've been together for so long and broke up via text.
