After Jesy’s documentary, it makes sense why Leigh-Anne began to cry when talking about her because they knew what she was going through at the moment.

Ashley Crystal hahahha. I do some weight loss yoga, I dance like crazy every single day for an hour. Sometimes I do little Mix Salute choreography it really burns the thigh casuse they do lots of knee bendings. The whip and Nae Nae burns too. Like seriously it works just follow the video. Then i eat only salad for dinner and protein for lunch. Breakfast eat whatever you want. Cut down on sugar and salt and sleep before 10pm. I do this during weekdays but weekends I cheat here and there but workout is a must caue if you're loosing weight but no workout, the fats will go but the skin will be hangin it will look bad. Yea. It has been working for me.
Ashley Crystal oh and do planking and push up's too. It's good for your abs and arms build your core strength first then the rest will be super easy. If you want I can make a workout playlist on my channel so you can see the videos I usually follow.

Jesy's "bless you" at 4:11 is one of the sweetest things I've ever heard in my entire life. I so genuinely love them all so much, my heart sometimes just shatters.
This is so sweet, it's nice to see how much these girls truly love each other. I hope I can find a friendship like that one day. I love how close they are and you can see from Leigh Anne's moment were she got emotional how much they mean to one and other and that they all love and care for each other so much
yeah in early days of little mix jesy got lot stick for been bigger person .but now she laughs alot with girls about things. their friendship is one of kind. you can see they truly care and love one another and respect each other. little mix for life

@@lunix3562 yeah, like I think the one that is more understanding of her is Jade, because she had anorexia, and she always got her back. When Leigh cried, I cried, and that's it.
This video used to make me cry and adore their friendship esp when Leigh talks about Jesy. And now that moment’s been spoiled and I get absolutely livid.
It makes me sad too, just thinking back to this moment and all of the trouble between Jesy and Leigh Anne currently. Jesy… Leigh literally cried over you and called you inspiring. I’m just so disappointed in her lately. I love them all so much… I wish things could go back to how they used to be
This will always be one of my favourite interviews of them. You can tell they all love and care for each other dearly and it is really great to see. They have such a close bond with one another which makes them endearing. Aww Leigh crying, she is the emotional one of the group and it is so sweet. this interview is one of best ones, it goes to prove what best friends these 4 girls are. the way they speak about each other and love respect they have for each is amazing. I never seen such loving friendship. they never have bad word to say about each other. when one of them hurt they all hurt and one them upset they all get upset. when they start on x factor 5 years they did not know that they would become best mates and world biggest girl band.

Nah, she didn’t lose them. She threw them away. I don’t think we’ll ever know the whole story, but from the way things stand, Jesy has made some awful choices and I hope LM will come back without her in a few years.

It's weird to think about them being insecure because no matter what they do, Leigh Ann, Perrie, Jesy, and Jade conquer and look fabulous while doing it
this feels different after watching odd one out. when i first watched this, it was my favorite interview (and still is), but it makes me cry now because i realize that this probably took place shortly after jesy’s suicide attempt, hence why leigh anne is crying when describing jesy.
I was shocked when I first realised through this that Leigh-Anne was the emotional one. There’s always an emotional one but I never expected it to be her. She seems so confident and chill and has every right to be, so seeing her cry over everyone saying nice things about each other was the most beautiful surprise. She’s always been my favourite out of the group and but this has made me love her even more. And you can tell that even if it was fake (which it definitely wasn’t) then she put a lot of work into it because ever since Jesy started saying nice things about Jade you could see her big heart melting and by the time it got around to Perrie she was already holding back tears. I don’t agree that Jesy’s the ‘inspirational one’ because they’re all so inspirational it’s impossible to name one above the other for it. These girls are humble, modest and extremely talented, no matter what they say. Ever since they were grouped up together on X Factor they’ve been focusing more on having fun and being friends than winning, even if that was also a factor. When they moved beyond X Factor and started their music career they had a new drive; empowerment. That’s the key to their success, they don’t drag people down, they empower each other and all their fans, which shows from their song lyrics to the way they talk to each other and the fans that they meet. But the best part is that you can tell they’re all genuine about it. It’s not just an act for the cameras, they still love each other like sisters even when they’re not in the eye of the public. All of this is what has granted them their success, not their hair or their clothes. They’re not afraid to show off their ‘banging’ bodies a bit, but they do it to show that they feel comfortable in their own skin rather than for the common ‘sex sells’ lie. They’re all beautiful, inside and out, and they’re an inspiration to us all. I can only dream of having such amazing friends such as these four girls

Looking back after watching Jesys documentary, I know why Leigh Anne cried. Jesy is so strong, and she’s been through so much shit and still has come out beautiful and stronger than ever on the other side💕. We love YOU ALL LITTLE MIX💕❤️❤️
ever since I been listening and watch little mix . my confidence has grown .I even wearing jeans with holes by the knees like perrie and dress . I feel more confident now then ever. I thank these 4 girls. they have change my world. I used worry what ever one thought now I only do me.
