Little Nev’s First Month 

In late August we welcomed our newest arrival to The Mare and Foal Sanctuary.
A beautiful chestnut colt foal named ‘Little Nev’ by our supporters was born to dam Nia, the moorland mare we rescued last November from the Welsh commons.
It was a time of joy for us, but also of great concern because Little Nev’s first month proved to be very challenging.
