For those that are freaking out, he's actually burning in a cremation chamber, which burns at a very intense heat. So he did kind of get the fast way out, but also experienced some major fourth degree burns before kicking the bucket. That's also why his screams weren't long, cause he got roasted super quick.

Honestly, by little nightmares standards he isn't that bad of a dude. The patients are said to adore him and they probably went there of their own free will, and he's literally just doing his job. Is the job fucked up? Yeah absolutely, but so is the rest of the city and he's obviously not a bad doctor considering his patients seem perfectly alive even without their heads. Let the man work, yall

What makes this game’s monster deaths terrifying is that every single one of them are so determined to get you that they never realize the danger they ever put themselves in. The only exception is the hunter and the tall guy. (The hunter chases you down but how could he have known that the little shits were strong enough to pick up his gun before he could break in?)

For the doctor, at first he wanted to “cure” you, because why Else would you be in a hospital, but once you shut down the life support on that one patient, he decides instead to kill you for the safety of his patients.

It would be cool if you could change the ending by choosing to spare the monsters. Maybe if mono hadn't blown a hole through the hunter and cooked the doctor, Six could have been lead down a better path and wouldn't betray you. I dont think you can spare the hunter though.
