This is a theory that my friend said,”The thin man was trying to stop Mono from becoming him but it’s an endless cycle, this theory is made because they have the same powers, they both can go through TVs and he said that he gets more power when he grows being able to control people or, make them not being able to leave the TV and if mono turned it off they’d attack him.” Thought I’d share this theory :)

Yeah....the ending is very sad....though six wasnt her full self at the time,so actually the shadow six is the other half of six which the thin man ripped out of six and since mono is the thin man so mono brought his fate apon himself
Six only betrayed mono because of the music box the one thing that made her feel safe while mono took it away from her how he broke the door open to her and while she was monster state she even tried to share the music box with mono but instead he broke t thinking it was the good thing it was because of mono who broke the one thing that made her feel safe if mono never broke the music box maybe the ending would have been different but we never got a chance we just played the game normally that music box was the one toy six felt kept her safe but mono destroyed it even while she shared it with him in monster form it was all because of mono destroying the music box six would have never betrayed him six would have saved him if he never destroyed that music box that music box is the one thing that kept six “safe” but mono had to break it because he thought it was the good choice but it wasn’t. Six’s nightmare started from the start aka mono breaking the door to six making her leave the music box as you see in her nightmare form mono has to break down a door to go into the room six’s nightmare as six tries to destroy mono it was all because he hurt the music box.
No it wasn't, she dropped him because she has hunger issues. She only wanted to protect him, so she dropped him because she couldn't bare the thought of eating him.
Well, now that we all know that mono is thin man i have a weird guess...six dropped mono, and ofc thin man would already know that cause it already happened to him. so he went back in time to get past six to stop it from happening again.. or for revenge

So Mono fell (betreyal by six) because she noticed her hunger and thought it'd be dangerous for mono, or, One. she eats what'd she see, so she drops mono to save his life, but Mono grows up to be thin man, and hangs him self because he Regrets what he's done, and misses his friends? but though it wasn't good of six to do that, it saved mono, but also, mono didn't realise but still (this is a theory btw) thought she had died, wich was false, hoping to see her again he only got trapped.
Six u should tell mono actually she was trying to save you from her cause well when she kill the lady she got power of eat people even with souls, it means from her hungry, that's means of like "If you want to save your friends sometimes you have to betrayed them" or something else whatever.

Well not really a theory but a statement: Ok so if mono is thin man then mono should not be mad at six here is why Ok so in the begining the thin man was released because mono opened the door in his vision so he is the one who captured six and turned her into monster six and think about this six would have had two reasons to drop mono: 1: he destroyed her music box 2: her hunger So if mono is the thin man he started the problem so mono should not be mad at six because in all honesty it was his fault all along One more thing if the hanging man really is mono/thin man then that would mean that mono tried to commit suicide

SPOILERS: Also i know this is a theory, but mono=thin man, mono is thin man, hanging man is just a dude who escaped the transmission and killed himself so he can be free, thin man came first LN2 is a prequel to the first LN, cause six in this game doesn’t have her rain coat at the start, she gets her rain coat in this game then goes to the maw, Thin man is not dead, six might become the tall lady also known as the The Lady in the first game....
OK well, the first thing for that video they're reacting to, I don't even know if the hanging man COULD be thin man bc he gets created when six doesn't save mono. so how could he have been all the way back at the maw before it happened? or before the future (little nightmares 2) was made. but cool video

Ok, I actually had a feeling they had a connection when I first started playing Little Nightmares. I really thought she was her mom and Six was part of a “complicated” family, where maybe her mom was a bad mom and killed some of her other kids
Ok, super horror bro is very wrong. He says that thin man hung himself but if he played the game he’d know that mono kills him. He also says the pretender is the lady but if he actually finished the very little nightmares game he’d know the pretender dies along with raincoat girl.
