The listener is guided through a relaxation exercise using a pacifier as a tool for calmness. He describes the soothing qualities of a pacifier and encourages the listener to embrace the feeling of being taken care of and not having to think or do anything. The listener is instructed to listen to their body and his voice as they suckle on the pacifier, allowing themselves to relax deeper and deeper. He suggests that the listener will feel smaller, younger, and innocent after the exercise, and that they can trust in being taken care of. The file ends with he telling the listener to drop even further and enjoy the relaxation experience, with the pacifier helping them to easily and deeply relax.

WOW,I had my 3-6 month old baby pacifier between my lips.While listening to this file,and I could see myself back as the baby girl laying in my crib.I difted off for about 45 minutes.Just loving nursing my pacifier.Thank you sooo Much Ninja.I will continue to listen to this file!!

Wow,I was soooo happy with this file,I once again listened to it while I was in my bed for my nighty nites(last night).I had my bottle of formula and finished it,after getting myself diapered for the night.I fell fast asleep,while nursing my pacifier.I woke the next morning and found my pacifier on the floor. This a GREAT GREAT file!!

this will definitely be used again, probably nightly. i have a hard time sleeping at night. i cant stand seeing 3 am every morning. this morning fell asleep at 3 am and woke up at 11! i hate that. so im gonna use this earlier tonight. it worked well.

I'm in the worst place mentally that I've ever been in, and i haven't been able to go into my little space, which is my main coping mechanism. because the only two daddies I've had were crazy sexually, mentally, and emotionally abusive so the headspace can be a PTSD trigger instead of a safe space. but i just found your channel last night and these little space videos have been the only things that can make me fall asleep and the first time I've felt little in months and months! thank you so much for these.. sincerely. I'm only a teenager but with all the trauma I've gone through, finding coping strategies can be so hard. But these videos have me blushing and getting butterflies like when my little space was unmarred by trauma and abuse. You don't know how much rediscovering that part of me has helped me... thank u sir
