ABOUT THE SONG ~
This song was written by Jes Karper. I fell in love with this song as I first heard it, through oral tradition, when it was passed to me via an in person community singing gathering. Later, I heard Jes singing his own version of the song, which differs considerably from the way the song was passed on to me through oral tradition. I want to share Jes' original version here, so you can enjoy that too. It's beautiful, and includes many verses describing the cycle of life and energy, matter and form. I hope you'll enjoy it!
