how do you perform the stomach skip? i want to try speedrunning but I dont know how to do it

basically you need to learn how to juho jump, there's a guide for it linked on the little runmo speedrun.com page

is it faster to roll and jump on the meatball man corridor or just roll? is there no difference in speed?

it's less strenuous and might be slightly faster, but it doesn't make a huge difference either way

haha, yes i do have the timings figured out, it's not actually that hard to land correctly if you take the same route across the top as i do
