Dylan, I love how every day you upload something special and I just love everything you do it’s so beautiful I love your RU-vid channel it’s amazing and I love all of your updates. My sister and I are Besty’s me and her literally hang out every day and we we, we just love each other so much and we would never want to part so I’m really glad that you are poor videos and they’re just amazing Dylan. Thanks so much you made my day delete.❤
This was my favorite part of graduation. I didn't grow up in the district I graduated from, but it was the first one that gave me a chance. I wasn't supposed to graduate in class of '23 because I was a year late due to mental health struggles. I took 10 classes sophomore year, 9 classes junior year, and 6 classes my senior year, and miraculously ended with High Honors. I wanted to show my youngest brother, who is a spitting image of me, that your struggles in life make you stronger, and that you can do anything as long as you believe in yourself and stay strong. My brother has selective mutism, he stayed back a grade because he still struggles to read, which I did too when I was his age. He was only in school 2 hours a day because he would get overwhelmed. On the day we did our senior walk, he stayed the entire day, and even stood with the rest of the kids holding up a sign for me and my twin sister. I didn't get emotional throughout our entire graduation, class night, etc, but I cried like a baby seeing him so grown up. Now he's in school all day and loves it. It may not seem huge to anyone else, but it is for him.
The young man who pointed out her lil sis is such a sweetheart. He recognized her little sis and saw she was upset so he let her big sis know so she could give her a hug. Good job young man.❤
@@emmeline8048bro you make roblox dancing videos 💀 If you wanna make fun of someone being "cringy" while theyre just trying to be wholesome, have a look in the mirror first
Also like he has the corner of his eye on her , just in case sissy didn’t walk through he had it taken care of! What a wonderful human to be so aware and kind
my school does this as well. reminding the seniors of where they came from and showing the elementary and middle schoolers where they are off to someday. such a wholesome experience for everyone!
As someone who moved Freshman year of high school and in middle school that would have been a bit awkward for me haha I would be going into a building I had never been in
I actually did my senior walk today. Seeing my neighbor's son in the elementary school with a sign that said congratulations for graduating made me cry as he hugged me and said that he's proud of me. He is only ten
When my older siblings (twins) graduated high school it was so bittersweet. Our home life was really turbulent at the time and they were my biggest protectors. I cried so much when they left for college. But they also gave me hope and gave me the determination to hang on until I was able to leave home. I’m a settled adult now and I still love my older siblings to bits and admire them so much.
That is how my daughter felt when her twin brothers had graduated 5th grade to go to middle school, and she was in the 2nd grade... she will be with them for one year in high school when they are seniors and she a freshman... then they will leave her again... which will be in 2 years 😢
@who_loves_to_sing no her twin brothers were in middle school... my daughter isn't a twin... she wish she was but she isn't ... her brothers are now 10th graders and she is in the 7th grade
Omgosh this is literally sooo sad😢what! May Allah swt grant you ease brother, grant you jannah, forgive you, and grant His ultimate love in this world & the next!
At my school, they let the younger students sit with their older siblings at the graduation ceremony and walk around with them and I think that is something that should happen everywhere ❤
This is so sweet, I graduated last year and when I got home. My mom said my little sister was crying and in her room, I went over to her room and after she heard my voice she immediately unlocked the door and gave me a big hug ❤ I love her so much and she cried so much and I cried alot too. This is the definition of sibling love ❤
Yes I said to my sis would u be sad if I was leaving my shcool and u wouldn't see me again for like 4 months and she said no but I said well amounts eavryone in the world loves u only 4 percent loves u so that little percent of people love u to there're death so then she started crying I felt so sad for her so I huged and said molly Ur strong and I I hope we live a long happy heathly life together and she said but like our old sis got in a car crash and died at the age of 17 I just wanna say love who loves u bc u never know when someone u love and they love u dies 😭😭😭😭😔🥺😭😭 I miss u so mutch sis and I wanna say to u at least u happy and safe now up in heaven and I loved u more then anything 😢❤💔😭😭😭😭
At our school, we actually had this last Friday, we call it senior walkthrough. Every year, the seniors of that year, walk through every school, the upper, lower, and middle school while all the younger kids cheer them on. It’s really fun and inspiring.
Also sad idk why I’ve always had thing with new chapters and leaving the old ones behind just makes me feel sad (and it’s hard for me to do) but it’s necessary part of life that’s just difficult for me :(
OMG YOU JUST REMINDED ME I HAVE ONE OF THSOE TODAY 😭😭 this one is for band and I’m going to march through on snare drum and play for our local elementary.. tysm for this comment
This happened to me when I was about nine, I am now 16 and to see my sister fully graduated and walking down the halls was truly inspiring, I cried for like two hours.😂❤ edit: 1k? u guys are crazy lol ✋🤣
This happened to me when I was about nine, I am now 16 and to see my sister Fully Graduated and walking Down the Halls was truly inspring, I cried for like Two hours.😂❤
I cried when my big brother graduated for the same reason. I was a 2nd grader and didn't really understand how college worked but I was CONVINCED that I would literally never see him again. When he asked me what was wrong cause I was inconsolable by my parents and learned that's what I thought he explained to me he was just moving to an apartment a few streets away and that he was going to the university in our town. He's still an amazing big brother 20 years later.
This made me tear up. I am an older sister and I fight with my younger sister a lot. But this shows me that they will be with you every step of the way.
Me and my sister fight almost every single day. This year is her last year of high school. She doesn’t know but I really look up to her and I’m gonna miss her a lot.
Don't worry, your Big Sister will always be there for you... College or not. With technology today, you won't even feel she's away. So happy y'all have each other❤❤❤❤🎉🎉❤❤❤
I had so many different schools. I remember my freshman year they took a picture of us with the intention of comparing it to your senior photo. Took it knowing full well I'll never see that freshman photo again and won't have a comparison because I was moving yet again.
My middle school did throw. I didn’t even go to school that day because I didn’t go to the elementary school and I knew it was going to be super awkward. Honestly I feel like this is a really cute idea but not for anyone feeling left out
Right, where is this Disney channel city that only has 1 elementary school and 1 high school with all the same kids for a decade Edit: I guess there are K-12 schools too… not really sure how those work
So wholesome, considering a lot of older sisters would've just ignored their little siblings in public, thinking it was uncool to be seen hugging them or even talking to them sometimes.
Can you imagine...no bullies, respectful teachers/staffs/students n parents, this is possible. These children are blessed, these children are gonna be future adults with kind hearted, well behaved n respected people ❤
Dang, kindergarten through high school. That must be so hard to leave. You’ve been through all your milestones at that ONE school. You’ve grown up with those people. Congrats class of 2023!
The high school my kids go to does this. It's 3 different buildings (elementary, middle and high school) but they are all within a half mile of each other.
@@Vol2169 this is how my tiny town is, three buildings but all on the same campus with the football stadium, baseball fields, tennis courts kinda in the middle
God bless you man. I would venture to say, that you too, have had experiences that nobody will every share. I can tell your a thinker. Keep on strong my friend 💪
I was homeschooled till 5th grade, and going through the elementary school probably effected me the most. I remember when we got to the elementary school and I realized nothing changed there, I just felt like I was back on my 1st day. I was honestly expecting to see my old teachers as if nothing was different. It was so weird. I hated the rest of my school year from 6th grade to 11th grade, so not as much of an impact. But 12th grade was fun, I finally got to pick my classes and I had all art, a gym class, and study hall XD. I didn't need the study hall but it gave me an excuse to see my favorite teacher and take a class to do whatever in. I mostly just took time to read or watch youtube. But I remember there was afew times she asked if I had any work and my response was always just no XD.
Omg chills. My brother graduated 2 days ago and I’m 14 so we’re very close. I held it together the entire ceremony, and then when I got up to hug him at the end, he had tears in his eyes and is started balling. We both just cried for like 2 minutes in each others arms finally noticing that he would be leaving soon. It’s been hard for us.😔
@@lines6815 Do you not know what balling means 💀💀💀 That turned what would have been a nice sad story into a total joke. Look up "balling meaning" I'm not a grammar nazi, but this is how dumb you look when you don't know how to spell 😂
I’m so glad I got to do this as well. All schools should do this. It feels so surreal. You used to be that little kid. You might still feel like it now. But you’re older now. So just keep going, but never change yourself for others. Just be you. Thank you for being here. 💜💜💜
My school district would do this, the seniors would walk through their high school followed by their junior high school, then middle school, and lastly their elementary school. Very memorable for them and influences people every year.
@Gladiator Gaming Not where I live! Edit: (Each have separate schools) Elementary is K-4 Middle is 5-6 Junior High is 7-8 High school is 9-12 Depends on location I guess.
My sister is 7 years older than me and we use to fight like cats and dogs, but when she went off to college I sobbed like a baby. Fortunately growing up we just got closer, even now she moved clear across the US and she’s still my best friend and second mom lol Really there is nothing better than a loving sibling, even if it takes you a while to get to the point where you see eye to eye
We had senior walk day today. I saw a few of my older friends and we got to make some posters for them. They said we made them feel really special and I’m super happy we did.
@@lucwijngaard8413 My older sibling moved to another country. So I don't get to see them at all, really. I cried when they left, but now it just feels really weird. Ya, know?
@@ItBeL1keDatFR I do have older siblings but I didn't experience them moving out in a way you described, must have been tough for you! In the end it will be one of those things in life that made you stronger and it might even improve your guys' bond even further when he/she returns!
I really worshipped my older sister when I was young and even to this day but not to the same extent of course! I loved going up to visit her in Ann Arbor!
That was me on the right side 24years ago (not literally it just means I was in Elementary back then) I’ve been out of high school for 14 years. Time definitely flies by. If I’m able to instill some type of knowledge it’s very simple… have goals and even if there’s setbacks never forget those goals. Also, enjoy the time you have as a kid because in the blink of an eye you’re a pre-teen, than teenager, than adult.
My school does this. That will be me in 2 years. We walk through our old elementary school and middle school while everyone is supposed to cheer and high five you. It’s a very close knit community. It’s cool.
This reminds me of my son's graduation from elementary going into middle school... they walked the halls one last time and all the other grades came out and cheered them on... their little sister was in 2nd grade at the time and as her brothers passed her she started crying because they were leaving her behind... and she was so proud of her brothers... the next time they will be in school together will be when the boys are seniors and she is a freshman... and she will see them walk one more time... only 2 years to go!!!! 😢
My school does this and when I was in 1st grade I got to see it first hand. The teachers took us outside and we stood in a line and high fived the graduates. Some of the teachers were talking to their old students and it was over all just so fun. Because of Covid the elementary schools don’t do it anymore and I’m very sad that when I graduate I won’t be able to do the thing I was promised as a little kid.
That’s so sweet. My middle school does something similar for the 8th grade graduates, and since I’m graduating in 10 days from middle school, we’ll be doing this clap-out walk through the entire middle school and then heading to the football field, where I’ll be graduating the first school that I’ve stayed at for the entire time it offered. Crying train here I come 😭🚂
my school also does this, my sister probably got a whole ocean of nostalgia when walking down the halls as people give her high fives and some clapping for them
When I was in 6th grade we saw the graduates walk through the halls. Some of my teachers recognized a few of them. It was so strange but I can’t imagine the memories they must have had from over the years.
Yeah see it's times like this that you will never forget that moment back like these siblings right here would cherish this moment for the rest of their lives
This brings back sad memories. I still remember when my last oldest sister went off to get married and as the last youngest daughter I felt so alone. I have three older sisters and being the youngest seeing one leaving after another it was upsetting.
This literally made me cry because when I was 7 my sister left me and my parents and I haven’t seen her since I is so nice to see that she cared enough to do that so when I see people that do have siblings that care I tell them to cherish it because you never know how much you will miss them until there gone
I think that it's awesome that the high school kids walk before the little kids so the little kids can see what their efforts and work is going to produce. How sweet that the big sister is so compassionate and kind words for little sister
Watching this made me heavily emotional. I graduated this year from high school and are heading off to university in a few days. The thought of leaving my younger sister behind breaks my heart, even if I’ll see her in a few months ❤
This is a special type of sibling relationship. I have two girls. My older daughter was a senior in high school & my younger daughter was in kindergarten.
