I was on mental health meds for a decade and came off a few months ago, might go back on them. I’m so proud of you for trying to be kind to yourself while also trying to do things you aren’t necessarily interested in. It will get better, keep taking the time to take care of yourself ❤ (I cannot with your adorable patterns the sleepy lemon toast!)
