Scott continuing the process of building This awesome guitar for the singer of my band. I am using an old table for the body - it's actually a Malaysian hardwood called rubberwood which is the byproduct of rubber plantations. It is a very hard and light colored wood that's used in a lot of furniture. It's actually a very sustainable product.
The wood had to be cut apart and planed down to get to the nice core, it involved machine and hand planning. A lot of work but it's totally worth it!
