+James Atkins I remember someone accusing me of taking the skin from a bot in LBP2. Then they had the audacity to wear the skin themselves and claim theirs was legit, but no proof. I hated them so much when that happened.
Alp .K probably because the final boss fight wasn't long enough for the music to really kick in. If you know what you are doing the final boss dies long before the music kicks in.
Yeah, the song is INCREDIBLY epic, but it’s so long, that you never get to hear it in the boss fight. The party at 8:56 is one of the later epic moments. So good!
+Darren Mooney Acing the level to get the Yellow Head costume was the greatest achievement of my life at the time. It felt like it was impossible, BUT I DID IT. Then my PS3 broke a few years down the line.
i lost my ps3 with every LBP up to Karting, a couple hundred dollars worth of DLC, and probably an extra 1000$ worth of games. (i had that ps3 for about 5 years)
Do you guys ever wonder how you ace these levels as a young kid? Like how did we even process these objectives through our head when we didn’t even know how to process anything?
Anyone who would love a great come back of this game? This game gave the inspiration to posterior games of allowing players to create levels and share them with the community, having always something to play and never get bored cause there is something new level to visit anytime you connected. No doubt that it deserves a good homage.
In fact, this is the famous cantata of the Russian composer Prokofiev created especially for Eisenstein's film "Alexander Nevsky" in 1938. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vKZPgGbUuX0.html
What does God want you to do with your life? The only way to know God’s will is by getting to know Him. It’s through drawing near to God that His guidance becomes evident. There isn’t one correct way to do that, but there are steps we can take that will help. Seek God through Prayer Think about a close friend. If you’ve known them for a while, you know what they like and dislike without asking. The closer you are to someone, the more you understand them. The same goes for our relationship with God. Knowing God’s will comes from having honest conversations with Him. That’s why we need to get into the habit of talking to Him regularly, about everything. Search the Scriptures God’s will for your life will never contradict what is written in Scripture. So as you get to know God through prayer, familiarize yourself with His Word. The more you study the Bible, the more your desires will begin to reflect God’s will. And when this happens, you can confidently ask God anything-and He will hear you. Listen to the Holy Spirit Listening for the Holy Spirit often requires silencing the noise around you. When you get rid of distractions and stop fixating on fear, you start to notice God’s peaceful presence in your present circumstances. So as you pray and search the Scriptures, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, and allow God to silence any distractions. (And if you want to practice intentionally seeking the Holy Spirit, try the YouVersion Guided Prayer feature.) Look for confirmation from wise people Consider inviting people who are further ahead in their faith journey to be your “wise counsel.” Ask them to seek God’s will for your life with you. This step must be done alongside the previous ones. Seeking wise advice should confirm what you sense God is already telling you to do-it should not take the place of talking directly to God. You may not always get it right, but the more you try to understand God’s will, the easier it becomes. When your desires align with God’s desires, He can trust you to do what is right. Applying these steps will help you, but discovering God’s will is a lifelong commitment that requires seeking God every day...,
I especially love how it starts off quiet, then opens up to a train, along with an accelerating melody. It really sets the mood, and gets the theme spot on.
Russian Reunification "Hatred of the invading enemy is the most sacred and humane feeling. But it is born with such a pain of heart and torment of the soul that God forbid anyone to experience it a second time." -Pavel Batov [The End Begins]
For real when i first played the game i tought "The Collector" was some serious fearsome cruel big boss but my jaw dropped when i saw that little thing. I mean what the fuck Eggsy's little cousin?
"The time had come, Sackboy and his friends had travelled to the ends of the Imagisphere to confront the Collector, and the time had finally come. They gracefully swept their way through enemy territory, and not so gracefully through enemies. Sack boy jumped through a gear and turned to see his friends struggling. He reached out his hand to them, and grabbed Sackbots hand. Sackbot grabbed onto Captain Sack, but he couldn't reach Sacklion. Sacklion let out one roar of defeat, and fell onto the electric traps below. Sackboy turned, he couldn't look. The three Sackpeople moved on, slightly less determined, and the reached a humongous wheel full of electric traps and crushing cogs, on the other side of the wheel were four sled dogs, waiting to carry their riders to the Collector's machines. The three friends jumped into the quickly rotating circle of death, and started running. As platforms whizzed by, All three of them successfully managed to dodge the traps, and finally they saw their opening. They got ready to jump, and dove out. But Sackbot was not there. Sackboy and Captain Sack leaned out to see inside the circle of death with concern growing in their minds. And they saw Sackbot running in the circle, desperately trying to survive until the next moment. The moment he saw Sackboy, he was distracted, and hit head on by an electric cog, and lay their motionless. Sackboy was devastated, but Captain Sack heaved him up, and Sackboy knew he had to go on, it was what the others would want. So he turned around, and got on the sled dog with Captain Sack. The dog burst forward with undying confidence, making every death defying jump, and every sharp turn before stopping at a tram before their final destination. The Bunker. As the tram jolted forward, Sackboy felt nothing, the loss of his friends made him numb. This was all the Collectors fault, and he would soon atone for his crimes. The tram reached their stop, and they got off. The doors closed and the tram moved on. Captain Sack urged Sackboy on, and he came out of his senses. It was time. He heard a laugh in the room up ahead. He remembered that laugh. It was the laugh of a murderer. They walked into the room, and the Collector was waiting for them on a monitor. "Hello Sackpeople! Here to kill me, are you? Well just try and stop me! My robots have never been defeated, and I don't plan on holding back." The Collector cackled once more, and the monitor shut off. A door opened to the right, and the two Sackpeople ran through to find a menacing robot lined with spikes and a large crusher, and it was hanging right over them. Their faces fell faster than the robot did." That was a small something that I thought of when listening to this song. I hope you enjoyed it!
Yes, the casualties were a total party pooper for this bloody game of Battle on the Ice. Tip: Don't try this at home, kids! Or you'll get spleefed into the water! Battle on the Ice: The deadliest ice skating challenge in history.
To be fair the boss is difficult, mustve been a tradition with the series. The collector, the negativitron, Titan no.3, only one that doesnt apply this rule is vex.
This version sounds different from the original version, in game. Either I have a hearing problem, or those Chorusers (?) sound very different from the ones in the game.
I think this is the studio edition or something, because some of the instruments are louder and clearer than in the original, especially the strings at the beginning and the xylophones later on. The original version must’ve been recorded at a live performance, because the instruments sound farther away in that one, as if the orchestra is playing in a large room.
I heard this song briefly on the radio, and was reminded of it and LBP. I had to listen to it again. Funnily enough I'm doing that while looking up the philosophy behind war.
Best song. 10/10 I remember that zebra weapon battle thingy My brothers and I would dress up as zebras, get the red paint stickers to make ourselves look bloody, grab the weapons, and just full on attack each other. Ah... good times.

shadow of Akatosh My friend was trying to beat the boss on lbp3 and kept dying. I said "Donald Trump, please make this game great again." My friend beat the boss.
