Thank you guys. I'm really happy to see that this video is so loved. We already graduated the college and all 4 of us are working as medical doctors. The guy second from left made the sheet music for this, only with his ears.
I love the thought that these are 4 medical students so deep in their degrees and life but they still had the time in their busy days to get together and practice playing guitar together but also pay retribution to each of their clearly beloved childhood memories.. Though it’s probably not the case, it’s a beautiful thought..
not just any college of medicine, that's SNU! Korea's most prestigious university. (...not counting KAIST as it is clearly ...*cough* superior *cough*)
@@achyuth808 They actually were medical students interestingly enough, you can see it in the top comment: "Thank you guys. I'm really happy to see that this video is so loved. And I miss my Treckoo man, I named him Gex, he destroyed Rayquaza, without him I wouldn't be able to catch that many legendaries, and still even with all the legendary pokemons, I still used him as my first Pokemon in battles, I don't care about the legendaries, my Treckoo is the legend here
I recently lost access to my Pokemon bank, as a lot of us did. A very special team lived there, my last one on my original emerald game. They helped me through so much in my life outside of the hoenn adventure. Lotus the Sceptile, Outta Heck the Crobat (the great giver of Pokerus), Mi-T Mouse the Azumarill, Whiplash the Flygon, Adagio the Gardevoir, and Pickpocket the Linoone, I hope all six of you are resting easy. Wear your ribbons with pride.
You can still redownload old software that you previously had on the system. I know this cause I just transferred all my pokemon to HOME from my 3DS. It also gives you a free trial to Pokemon Bank til the end of the year (I think). However you still need a premium subscription to HOME to transfer them over (which is around 5 dollars for one month).
@@burbotime the only problem is that you had to pay the subscription first to poke bank in order to download the poke transporter. I know this because I tried to download the poketransporter after the 3ds eshop shutdown, and I wasn't able to.
yeah dude, hate myself for trusting that dumb service. I remember around when it came out it was free for a while, so I put all my pokemon including my very first team all the way from sapphire on there so I could restart the game they were on. (forgot which) All this time I just assumed they were safe and I could access them by subscribing. Wanted to finally retrieve them when I heard the service was ending, but turns out they were long gone. Probably my fault for leaving them in there without checking for so long but I assumed they'd be fine since the whole point of pokemon bank was to keep stuff safe, you know, like a bank. Really bummed me out, had some very fond memories of those pokemon (even if they were just some lines of code)
Listening to this made me cry! Reminds me of my first ever pokemon adventure in emerald! My first starter mudkip, my first captured pokemon ralts, my first battle with may, Everything just makes me wanna play it again for the nostalgia, but I know that I won't feel the same magic as when I first played it with wonder and excitement in my eyes as a kid and that's what makes me so sad while listening to this! T-T
I hear ya. My first PkMn game was Emerald, too. I chose Torchic cuz I was obsessed with birds at the time, but i tend to pick Treecko nowadays. Second 'mon I caught was Wingull. Again, I loved birds then. Then I caught Shroomish, and then Cascoon... Before I knew it, I was the champion of the pokemon league with a lvl. 96 Blaziken and a shiny Gardevoir. I'll always be grateful for those times.
I miss my old days, when time im still not worrying about my future, time when im still thinking what starter pokemon should i pick, Time when im still struggling to beat every ramdom opponents and gym leaders. Now, You will definitely gonna wish that time stays longer. My gameboy already give up. but im still keeping it as remembrance. Time really fly fast. Thanks for making me hear this bgm again. Thanks pokemon for giving me one of the best childhood memories. Im pretty sure everyone feels the same. *Nostalgia intensifies* thanks for reading 😄.
Bro have you tried the My Boy app? Its like 5 dollar and there are hundreds and hundreds hack games you can find and play. Really recommend it. I have enlightend my nostalgia by getting Altered Emerald, an upgraded version of the OG one.
when i was a kid i always wanted to become an adult and have my own freedom now i am teenager (about to be adult) and i terribly miss my childhood i would just come back from school and play games until my mum called me for dinner ; completely stress free ; no worries ; no goals for the career ; just living in the moment and enjoying every second of it , now i am sad because things will never be like that again :( sorry for the mistakes if any english is not my first language
im actually lucky my mom brought me to a quiz i could participate, in front of a store that sells like games, tvs, and electronic goods. i still have the photo here with a written date on the back. was in 2004, got into the final and won pokemon ruby when it released, ON my exact birthday.
i miss the old days when i was happier. perhaps carefree is a better term. i wish i could go back to when my only worries were how was going to beat the next gym leader. yet, time flies. looking back, its's been years since i picked up my ds to play alpha sapphire. and i'm already so much older now, my passion for pokemon slowly dwindling over time. but pokemon always comes back for me. my team stays back for me, awaiting the day in which 'Sapphire' finally comes to play with them again. thank you, pokemon.
I still remember my emerald team, blaziken, aggron, rayquaza, azumarill, machamp and swellow, i remeber and cherish them, we fought many battles together, and even if rayquaza was captured in the end, i always kept a place for him
yeah, but acutally that university is the hardest college to go in Korea and they are doctors the most populalr job in Korea I know this because i'm korean
Behold, another nostalgic comment on RU-vid :) Yeah, I remember when my mother bought me Pokémon Saphire when I was a kid. I didn’t expect it, it wasn’t my birthday nor Christmas, and that memory will always stay with me. In a way, when I listen to this tune I remember my mother. I will always love her, she is my angel. I miss her immensely.
I had Sceptile, Pelipper, Abrakadabra, Pikachu (or Raichu) and Machoke in my final team. I also had Rayquaza after I catched it in the tower. Thanks for this nice version on guitar!
I all of a sudden got Littleroot's tune on autorepeat in my head so I had to look it up. Great work, gentlemen. Thank you for sharing it with all of us 🤝🏻
Damn I miss my little torchic who turned into a super strong Blaziken and helped me defeat the gyms and the elite four. I miss flying around the air with latios and catching rare Pokémon from previous games. I miss the characters and the story gen 3 had to offer, but most of all, I just miss being able to hop on to my ds without a worry in the world and just play Pokémon. I'll never forget my first adventure. It was just much simpler back then and I know I can't go back so just being to listen to these songs is enough to keep the memory alive forever. Pokémon has truly changed my life and helped me realize, as corny as it sounds, to not take things for granted. If I could go back to those times with that knowledge, I truly would.
"Me and you one craftknight story" and "littleroot town" are always my favourite music back in my childhood days. I remembered letting my gba just sit idle as i lie down beside it and enjoying the music till i fall asleep. Good old days..
I miss my torchic, I never took him off my roster as we went wiping out the entire hoenn from beginning to end. Damn we ain't even finished the battle frontier.
i remember playing pokemon ruby and sapphire when it was still popular in the late 2000s on an R4 on my ds lite. littleroot is one of my childhood video game songs. i miss those days.
I was playing Pokemon emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire when I was junior high school in 2012 on my computer. Now, 2022, I played the same games on my Android. Such a wonderful games, songs, and memories. Btw, I'm not crying. 😌😭
I miss all my Pokemon's on Pokémon Emerald which is Swampert, Raichu, Charizard, Ratatiate, Hunter and Bee Drill. Im sorry I have to leave you guys 😭 , you guys are the best. I will always remember our adventures together, defeating other trainers, watching you guys evolve. I miss you guys very very much 😭❤. Thank you for your service❤ Thank you for our childhood memories Game Freak ❤. I look forward to the future next gen
So beautiful. I’ll have to arrange these for my own sake, maybe I’ll do a marimba ensemble! And then someday, we can do a guitar + marimba ensemble together (:
"Pokémon fully restored! Items ready, and… Huh? Huh? Who… who are you?… Oh, you're . So your move was today. Um… I'm May. Glad to meet you! I… I have this dream of becoming friends with Pokémon all over the world. I… I heard about you, , from my dad, Prof. Birch. I was hoping you would be nice, , and that we could be friends. Oh, this is silly, isn't it? I…I've just met you, . Eheheh… Oh, no! I forgot! I was supposed to help Dad catch some wild Pokémon! , I'll catch you later! "
Thought my first shiny was a glitch. Showed it to my friend, and he begged me to trade it to him Naturally, when i realized that shinies were not only a thing, but very rare, i kept her. A shiny female Ralts, later to become Gardevoir, that I named Starlight. I miss her. Accidentally deleted her.
That’s tough. I found a shiny zigzagoon in the beginning of my game but didn’t realize it was a shiny until I had looked at it in my boxes during the post game. I trained it all the way up and battled with it. I traded it for another shiny that turned out to be hacked and I regret it tons.
