The whole Chinese team is on steroids, as well as North Korea, Iran, and Russia. You literally can see the roid pimples on his chest in this video. But for as long he stops taking roids a few weeks before Western competitions, he'll be fine; testing and all. Too bad for American or Australian lifters though: they are tested constantly.
I am with him. I had been bulking for a couple of months, and the weight and strength had gone up. However, I started to feel fat, uncomfortable, and not liking my physique. So, I start cutting to get my weight down and gain a slimmer physique. TBH, I would rather look like Henry Cavill from the "Immortals" than when he stared in "Superman" or "the Witcher."
litterally a study came out recently that doing 52 sets per week has a greater hypertorphy outcome than lower volume amounts like 36 sets per week. More volume does indeed mean more muslce. Obvoiusly you do have to keep the intensity at a level that still challenges you.
@@durrantmiller8810 also to complement, those really high volume studies mostly involved less rest between sets, so it's kinda short rest=more volume more muscle, long rest = medium volume (10-20sets)
"Most Olympic weightlifters use steroids not to treat a prescribed medical issue, but to enhance their physical performance as well as ensuring that their muscles expand in mass."
@@emceeOkuZ Ronnie Coleman's issue stemmed from a high school football injury that he never got treated. Then he compounded the issue with re-injuring it and not properly rehabbing it.
@@durrantmiller8810 but these weightlifter losers can't even bench 225 let alone 600 like sam sulek. they're just taking asteroids so they can brag but have no actual results to show for it
Psalm 37:5-7 5 Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: 6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun. 7 Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.
Trying to get big is fucking exhausting. Seriously getting lean like 10-15% at least for me is a cake walk. I'm not hungry in the morning anyways so i can easily eat my first meal at like 5pm, have a protein shake a few hours later and then another meal and like a bit of chocolate and be good but getting big i gotta eat every 3 hours even when I'm sick of food
No way he eats just “one more plate of food” , he’s eating many more plates of food AND taking roids cause of how big he is and his acne. Not hating lol just saying
@@mengtimmy9947calling out a country for really obviously cheating is not racism... Learn what that word means before you just throw it around like a rabid Democrat
I have never done any gear and had a ton of back and chest acne when I was in my mid 20s. Still get some in my 30s. Obviously I'm not lifting world record level weights, I'm just saying you can have back acne w/o being on gear.
yeah but at Olympic level, your body is in top condition so it's rare to have body breakouts. You probably have hormonal imbalances due to your lifestyle but these people, especially the Chinese Olympians, are under STRICT EVERYTHING. Remember, the face and head will show it first. If your body is worse, then either you have a skin condition (like bacterial issue) or hormonal (subdermal)@@PltO
@wanderingbufoon My lifestyle in my mid 20s was pretty healthy... basically just mma, lifting and eating healthy. Though,of course, grappling is a pretty good way to irritate your skin, no matter how hygenic you are. Sweating buckets everyday while wearing tight rashguards and constantly irritating your skin. Not to mention showering like 3 times a day probably massively dried out my skin, so yeah you're probably right lol You make a good point about olympic athletes being in pretty perfect health but I see the same type of comment on random instagram bro videos, too.
yeah. I mean you can pretty much assess a lot of these with accuracy now since more and more people are aware of what being on gear looks like. Of course, people who are paid will never admit to it because they may lose sponsorship and/or breaking deals.@@PltO
@@PltO I like how you’re trying to cover for an Olympic athlete like you have something invested. Let’s bet everything we have and then tell me what your answer is. I’m going to guess the acne is not because he’s a special little button
Jesus stop making excuses I'm 160 now after the bulk and have an 8 pack and vline from God they never disappeared and I'll keep them into the 200 range just train right durrrr
Strong man are crazy strong. But weightlifters have a strength that is somewhat crazier but in a different way if that makes sense. Like the way they move weights the speed is crazy.
