Thank you so much. I could not wrap my brain around the ratchet. And I've been looking for videos that go into more detail in that part....for 3 hrs. Urs is the best.
Thank you for such a helpful video. I was frustrated reading the manufacturer’s instructions. They basically gave no guidance whatsoever. I think I’m using a different brand than you installed, but still so helpful.
Just installed this for my 6 year old grandson, he's gonna love it! Tried to use the promo code for 50% off the rope ladder on amazon, but it doesn't work. I will gladly purchase it if the promo code will work, as advertised.
Hello Jesse, thanks for reach out to us. The discount available by signing up for the email list on our website only works if you are buying the Ninja Training Line and Ladder together in the same purchase. Email us through our website and we will work something out for you!
How many total attachments can be added to a single line? I see so many of these coming with 8 attachments. I want 16 to 30 attachments. Is that possible?
Many have 8 attachments included. Our set has extra attachment points so you can buy more pieces to expand your set. There are handle/ladder/climbing rope sets on Amazon to fill out your attachments that you would like.
Hi! Your video is way better than the one from the manufacturer. Thanks! We ratcheted the strapline as tight as we could, but the rachet device won’t close, like yours easily did. Suggestions or concerns? It’s holding fast, so far.
Hi Mack - Thanks for the feedback. Without seeing your setup I would have to guess at the cause. If the ratchet is overfilled by the strap it can lock up the lever, and that may be the problem. The cure for that is to pull all the slack through the ratchet and pull the strap tight before beginning to ratchet (use the mechanical lever). Overfilling the ratchet can damage the strap so be sure to inspect the strap before use.
Thanks! We pulled the strap as tight as we could, before starting to ratchet - but will try that again. Does that ratchet need to close fully to be secure? I promise not to hold you responsible for your answer!!
@@mackreynolds1983 The manufacturer instructions say the ratchet needs to be closed to lock it. I would tension the set again to make sure the ratchet is locked. Hope that helps!
Hi Rachel, Our set does not have attachment points on the ratchet strap, only on the main line. If the ratchet is further from the tree then you would like you might be able to wrap the tree twice to move the ratchet closer in. L&J
Is there a way to install it on a very large tree? The ratchet strap is too short to wrap around the tree but the trees are close enough together for the slackline.
Yes, you can buy an extension to go around the tree. I have seen them on Amazon. The name of product my vary but essentially it is a eye x eye heavy nylon sling similar to what you would tow a car with.
