Even if Gibb and Warwick were somehow involved, it wouldn't exonerate Daybell. He is very obviously tied up in all 3 of the murders. Prior is driving full speed down a dead-end road with this line of questioning.

Pryor is up against a mountain of evidence…. and he is desperate to have the jury’s focus off Chad. His defense strategy is completely obvious - attempt to create “reasonable doubt” as frequently by casting shade on Gibb and Warwick… by raising Gibb and Warwick’s names at every opportunity, even when there’s literally nothing relevant at each point…. Just keep repeating their names. Gibb and Warwick had nothing to do with: Being in Yellow Stone, Didn’t tell various people that, Lori’s “daughter had died”, had “no minor children”, “being minded by a nanny” Didn’t tell people and police that Tylee was “attending BYU” and staying with friends Didn’t tell police that JJ, was “with a friend in AZ (Gibb), and with “Kay Woodcock” Didn’t arrange to change direct deposit of SS funds away from Tylee’s account into her own account just weeks before Tylee died. Didn’t lie and send fake texts from “Tylee” to Colby and Tylee’s girlfriends. Didn’t lie in a lease agreement in Rexburgh about no children Didn’t dump children’s items at a storage unit. Wasn’t living in an apartment with zero evidence of children living there. Didn’t send multitudes of texts to various people calling her children zombies and different identities, and asking for confirmation of their death ratings. Failed to report her own children as missing and failed to assist police Lori was the who who Failed to reach out to police to report that her children were in danger (the reason she says she was hiding them), yet, she went STRAIGHT to the police to report her purse or handbag as missing or “stolen” by Charles before he was murdered when Charles took deliberately took Lori’s purse as a means of forcing a police intervention and a mental health intervention. There’s no motive for Gibb and Warwick It’s just such a thin attempt at distracting attention away from Chad onto Gibb - fail! I haven’t spent time sitting down and trying to think of how else Pryor could manage to direct focus off Chad… but this one is just not working
