Jeff, I am a little late to the scene, but thought I would pass this on: I sometimes reinforce joints in wood items by drilling 1/8 inch holes from one piece into the other and force some white glue into the hole until it shows thru both pieces. The joint is also glued as if you are gluing a box together. I then coat a bamboo skewer with the glue and drive the skewer thru the hole. Saw the ends flush with the surface and wipe off the glue. Makes a very strong joint.

If a new UPS guy comes around the corner and gets scared by the monster imagine what would happen if you added sound effects triggered by a motion detector set to go off when it detected a person nearby. :)

That poor glue joint probably saved it from worse damage... When you make the failure point stronger, you move where the break occurs. I'd be glad the joint was just strong enough and try to repeat the same strength.

Hey Jeff, just finished watching the Superbowl and then this video. How awesome!!!

I just recently sold my Creature From the Black Lagoon pinball machine that I had owned for almost 20 years. It was in perfect condition but wouldn't fit in my new house. It was one of the best pinball machines ever designed--even had a 3-D hologram of the monster that lit up under the playing field when you hit a certain jackpot.

You need to make a dummy that has bug eyes! You know, ones that pops out like some people can do! I like your show, GREAT work. 🇺🇸

FYI. The creature from the Black Lagoon movie was shot in 3D. Watching it in 3D is an impressive experience, just like The House of Wax. (I'm a 3D movie fan and built a 3D projection theater in my basement.)

I was traveling with an acquaintance back in the 70’s . We were headed for California and exploring points in between. While we were crossing over the mountains, We cam to what appeared to have been a large tunnel, but it was closed off and there was as a “ man size” door on the left. We were talking about what to do next and I suggested that he knock on the door and see if someone opens it. Someone answered the door. We asked if we could go through. They wanted us to go back the other way and I refused, because I couldn’t drive backwards and I probably would drive us over the side of the mountain. They asked if either of us had been in the military service. I said my friend had ( he had a dishonorable discharge) , I was to young to have been in the service but my dad had been in the U.S.A.F. and was Honorably discharged and that h had received a Purple Heart. They did some checking and when they returned said we had permission to go through. I remember seeing a paved road with small curbs on both sides. There were “ like” buildings on both sides that had large windows and the windows had drapes that were being pulled closed by a woman who was wearing a “ white coat” ( the kind doctors wear). Behind the woman who was closing the window drapes stood what I perceived to be a “ male” . The only way I know how to describe him is that he was very tall, he stood as a man on two legs with feet and he appeared to be “Reptilian” . There was also one other who appeared somewhat similar, yet different and he was being led to follow a woman wearing a white coat across the little street. The woman had turned to make certain that he was still walking behind her and he had checked his middle finger like it had been pricked. My acquaintance asked me what I thought when I saw them. I said, “ Gee, this is really strange. I wonder what our government is doing. You said you were in the Air Force ; did you learn anything about this?” His reply was ,”No. I wasn’t in long enough or probably the same area to learn anything about this.” I told him that I thought the one walking across the street reminded me of “ The Creature from the Black Lagoon” but his head and face had some differences.”

Hello jeff Dunham My name is chelsea. I’m a big fan of your shows. My favorite characters are Ahmed and Peanut. I’m also legally blind. I was so excited when your Netflix special was available with audio description. It really helped me enjoy your special a whole lot more in a different way. I have been to one of your shows and can’t wait to go to another. Was trying to get tickets to the front row in Vegas but missed my opportunity. Being legally blind means that I use my ears and my hands more than anything. So I love just listening to your shows.
