I don't understand why nobody is asking when the disaster occurred. Govt immediately supplied all relief materials to the public without any discrimination of political affiliation. Has the Govt stopped any relief materials to YCP & CONGRESS voters. If telugu people are sensible, they should think and realize that if still there are any YCP supporters, they should feel ashamed of their position. Jai TDP, Jai Jana sena, and BJP. Jai Andhra.

One of the thing AP Government should do, All houses should be pinned enough to sustain from floods and house should be lifted by 3 meters about ground and ground floor should be leave empty. For multi storied buildings, ground floor should be emptied and no prahari walls to any houses. This way there will be less impact from future disasters. Prior warning is good so that people will procure - water, milk and food, solar lights/candles and medicine. Global warming cause more and more disasters.

People can use few existing apps such as Windy, Daily weather on iPhone and some other apps to know yourself about rain fall. AP Government can develop a local free app to warn people of any natural disasters after continuous review of water fall by local experts.

Think same way how to use IAS/IPS resources in development. As citizen of India and being in great responsible jobs, IAS/IPS (not all, know yourself) should have nationalism, money should be last thing. You enjoy authority (a right), every right has a corresponding responsibility. If you have earned enough in last 5 years, at least come back and do your job well now.
