Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S

So I’m hearing music by the pool….But when I called they said they don’t play music and this was more a hotel to relax … my sister and I want to hear music and fun pool side … would you suggest this hotel for that ?

Just booked 15 nights end of Jan into Feb! So pumped to go to Live Aqua! Letssssss Goooooo!

So besides that bar that closes at 11pm, is anything else open late? That’s too early

No corona beer in the fridge? Is it available on the resort?

hello congrats to you and your husband!!! Please share - The name of the all resorts you have stayed at and rating which resorts highest to lowest for food, service and beach. Is Seagrass issue will going on in Cancun?

I’m so happy i found this video 😭 seeing the seaweed in the punta cana location made me sad

I won't recommend this resort to anyone, especially if you travel with a group. At the MB restaurant they tried to give us an alternate menu because we were in a group. When we complained to the manager of the restaurant, we got a rude response and he actually said "then leave." We did confirm the menu with our butler because we had people with restricted diets. Several of us also had to change rooms due to inferior air conditioning.

Portions look tiny. I would need to order 50 plates

So nice that no one has to wear those silly masks that do absolutely nothing other than for show. Great to have all that nonsense behind us. Viva Mexico! Viva Live Aqua!
