Honest question that I’m really hoping for a response to- Is Dan permanently down to 4 days a week and Stu 3 days a week until they retire sometime down the road whenever that may be? Or is there a chance of it going back to the regular 5 days a week? I’m not trying to be a dick when I ask this, I’m genuinely not. I’m also not saying Mike Ryan and the shipping container are bad at hosting the show, they do a much better job than I would. It’s just a completely different show, which is fine, I’m just asking out of curiosity.

Until football starts up this is all the equivalent of summer vacation and everyone in talk entertainment is getting in their time off before September takes them through the rest of the year going nearly non stop. Alien 3 is my favorite Alien movie and I'm a huge fan of the franchise. Which might be bc it was the first Alien move I watched when I was about 13 in the early 90s. And while it may not be more entertaining than Aliens or as groundbreaking as Alien but it completes the trilogy. Ripley has lost everyone and is now on a prison planet with horrible men and ends up leading them and gaining their respect. And we get back to 1 Alien and no weapons basically. How do you defeat it? With the addition of the POV Alien camera work running on the walls and ceiling. Plus Pete Postlewaite and Charles Dance are in this movie. 2 of the best Actors of all time. I wonder what they think of Alien Resurrection bc its the worst of the Alien movies, so what is worse than "trash"? And even that movie has some great parts to it. Additionally, Mike is wrong about the Engineers/Jesus narrative. First, they came and picked up 1 human and brought him to their homeworld to teach him their ways so that he would teach it to humanity, but upon returning him humanity ended up killing him for his teachings (the engineers way of life). So then they decided to eradicate humanity. They weren't going to release Xenomorph Aliens bc the Xenomorphs did not yet exist. Bc David had not yet created them. Since that happens at the end of the 21st century/early 22nd century. They would have released the black goo bioweapon. Which is a biological AI that destroys and mutates living organisms. Sometimes this show is so uninformed, but I still love it. I just need to occasionally correct terrible takes and bad info.

Aggressive take there George Steinbrenner. Obviously subjective, but whether it’s Dan hiding a scar or people with no hair on top wanting balance, there are plenty of positives to facial hair. This stache thing I agree is a trend I want to see the back of.
