Only through Swamiji for the first time I actually realize what I experienced 5 years ago when I started practicing yoga. I didn't know it was a samadhi state and misinterpreted it. Only after making some stupid assumptions and mistakes I realize how precious it is. The knowledge and right understanding about samdhi state is VERY important and every yoga teacher should know it because it is his/ her responsibility to teach the people who are practicing yoga!

Nithyanandam Swamiji. I will practice, the questioning myself, in those inbetween moments "what is it that makes me breathe?" Or "what is it that makes me hear/listen?"
