This is a great system for an application such as asphalt paving but if they are hauling spoil a long distance away, using the live bottom system to dump the spoil greatly reduces the cycle time of the haul.

Live bottoms are great for asphalt pavers, they fall directly on the conveyors. Also, very convenient for the paver operators, they can keep the mix coming into the hopper of the paver while going under trees, telephone poles, first level of a parking structure, or bridges continuously with out hesitation.
Not expencive sir, if belt replacement is 1 year warranty, i know that, because im a conveyor belt technician, i have many experience of change belt like that..😊😊
