Lone Wolf Moonshine Rum, whiskey and rye We get the top and tail and the mountain trail But we pour that heart in the jar that's right son Moonshine, little bottle of good time Burns like hell but it tastes like heaven Get those bottles on the road young man Pour one out and put a leg up We're the trouble on for the moonshine And my daddy tried to quell my crimes But I just couldn't let it go My heart was set on money, And the open road and the moonlight Sooner or later I'll be meeting there But 'til then, moonshine Rum, whiskey and rye We get the top and tail and the mountain trail But pour that heart in a jar that's right son Moonshine, it's a little bottle of good time Burns like hell but it taste like heaven I found myself a lover She swore she'd never leave me I found it hard to believe it But it turned out to be the truth But her heart was full of trouble And it always gathered 'round me Sooner or later we would meet an end 'Til then, moonshine Rum, whiskey and rye We get the top and tail and the mountain trail But pour that heart in a jar that's right son Moonshine, a little bottle of good time Burns like hell but it taste like heaven I got my blood to the board boys Chasing the horizon 'for the sun starts rising Can't have the moonshine getting low And I brewed us up a batch, boy And get you howling at the moonlight Through to morning better hold on tight Sleep all day 'cause we live by night Oh moonshine Rum, whiskey and rye We get the top and tail and the mountain trail But pour that heart in a jar that's right son Moonshine it's a little bottle of good time Burns like hell but it taste like heaven
ViciousLord just a few people around the internet that gave some rather vague thoughts on the movie. Most of what I gathered is that they all thought it had some narrative issues. Idk. Im sure its not a "bad" movie. Maybe its just not for everyone. Like I said, we'll see
Joshcoshbagosh having read the book myself i can see why, it would work better as a series or 2-3movies plus this is Ben's first time writing solo without a cowriter.
Joshcoshbagosh I think it because the movie cover about 3-5 years story wise-the writer of the book seems to approve , and so far the writer mentioned that he has now seen at least 3 cuts of the movie so the responses could be different a bit for each cut
Joshcoshbagosh i think its cuz the books are so dense that some the character's narrative arc's and plot points etc. were shortened to fit into 2hrs thus not feeling like a complete story. a shame tbh
Hayden Murphy I agree, plus bens character had to lose something to “repent” for all the shit he did and felt bad his wife died cause he loved her so much but rather her than his son. And since his son was destined to live a legit life he was better off
