So in Utah (and I think some other states as well) The number of pills you have on you or the amount of drugs, once it reaches a certain threshold automatically becomes a charge of intent to distribute. Whether really you were intending to distribute or not, it just automatically becomes a larger charge. So if you just want to stock up you could be facing distribution charges whether you actually distribute anything or not.
Speaking of the 90's, my daughter and I ran into an old bestie of mine from school today. Afterward she looked at me and said, "Mom.. She has your eye brows!" like she didn't believe others actually existed from the 'I over-plucked my brows in high school and now I still have none' era 🤣😂
Took my 8-year old back to school shopping last month and we ran into some dresses with the houndstooth skinny straps with a plain white tee underneath and she said “Mom! Look! It’s so 90’s! I love it!” and then I shed a tear. 😂

Such an odd choice because she also planned 1. Not to be with him and 2. She planned to be with her lover. Why would she want that to be her alibi rather than being with friends or out in public within sight of a security camera or something? At last week’s status conference, an issue raised-but not resolved-was whether two friends of Eric could testify at the preliminary hearing about what he told them after eating that sandwich on Valentine’s Day. And, in fact, those friends did not testify at the hearing. Now, KPCW, a public radio station in Utah, is reporting on its website that the state did not call the friends “after a two-hour closed-door discussion” with the judge and defense counsel. Apparently that session was held yesterday just before the public hearing.

Im in Utah, and we have been having daily monsoons, causing flooding daily in different cities and locations. I have been in 3 huge storms (in 4 days) that poured rain and pelted us with hail for 3-15 minutes, causing extreme flooding and power outages. I would not be surprised had it rained mid trial and been why the court was delayed.
After hearing only what was presented today, Kouri needs to just say, “Hey, I did it. Send me to prison…” There’s NO way she’s getting away with any of this. She didn’t even attempt to cover anything up.
How do people even get this far into debt. Why/how/who lended her $ to purchase the 2.9 million dollar home when she was already in so much debt and had payments bouncing. This is outrageous. Her poor kids.
I don't know the American legal system. A jury has not yet been appointed because it is not known whether the evidence will hold up for a trial. If not, is there a risk that jurors who are later appointed have seen this preliminary hearing?
No they will ask that question when they select the jury and weed those people out. Juries are one of those odd human phenomenon where people take their duty really seriously.

Curly / Wavy hair.. i got you! There's a lot of info out there but here is all you really need to do. Do not let hairdressers "texturize" or razor cut your hair. This stops the curls from curling together properly and leads to more frizz. The haircut is so incredibly important. No amount of product is going to help if they cut your hair as if it was straight. A lot of hairdressers out there still believe its ok to texturize curly hair. Hard pass! Also forget special shampoos and such, they really aren't necessary. All you really need to do is let your hair air dry (or use a diffuser attachment) with a curl cream or gel in your hair. Once it is dry, scrunch out the cast (the crunchy feeling from the hair product) and live your best hot girl summer. The less you touch your hair the better. Use a lighter curl cream or gel if your hair is fine ( it looks like it is on video) It wasn't till i was in my40's that i truly started to love my curls. Hope that helps.
Can I ask you…how do you “scrunch” out the cast? I find my hair I can’t even use a pick through it after applying “waves foam” it gets so sticky and crunchy..don’t like the feel but love the waves the foam creates. Thanks!
