Hi, I’ve been following your instructions since we have the same machine. One thing i was not able to understand is the 2 laser lines before you set it to zero and just use one laser. Please explain the purpose of two laser lines? Im sorry i dont speak your language. Your videos are very helpful keep them coming. Thank you

Both the laser lines are there for patient positioning, if you using 1st laser(in side) so you have to press 2nd baton from RT side. And if you using 2nd laser( out side) then you have to press 1st baton from RT side to set 0 (zero).

Dear Doctor, My father is having a CSF leak case currently through nose, happens intermittently. MR CISTERNOGRAPHY didn't showed any leak. To rule out any CSF otorrhea case if the CSF is leaking through bony and dural defects along the temporal bone surface --> through eustachian tube ----> to nose, should we get a HRCT of innear ear(temporal bose) or a contrast CT will show better defected in the tegmen? I mean an HRCT or a contrast CT or temporal bone is good in showing such defects of CSF leak?

Some says position would be in prone position while some says in supine position in PNS CT and in X - rays procedure. Then what's your opinion.

This scan shows the severity of the illness, That's why doctor prescribed you this scan. Doctor wants to know that, there is mild sinusitis or moderate or is it severe blockage of sinus, according to report doctor will do treatment.

There is many Indications to do CT PNS scan, like nasal bleeding, nasal blockage, loss of smell, and trauma cases or patients also do for pre-operative test for facial surgery.
