Live Demonstration: Visco Jet Mixer vs Conventional Impellers 

In this video, conventional impellers are compared with Visco Jet Cup, Spiral, Crack impellers and the medium is ultrasonic gel.
You'll notice that the RPM for conventional impellers is very high, but yet not effective in stirring up particles at the tank edges.
When you look at Visco Jet impellers' RPM, it is significantly lower. This is true even when scaled up and would equate to very significant power savings for large tanks and long hours operations. Therefore Visco Jet is a more effective and energy-saving agitation system.
Visco Jet agitators are able to mix and agitate thin to the very thick and viscous mixture.
