Bro i loose 40k with trading buying of ce and pe calls. Bcz of more voltality and we don't know when will exit. No body has given correct guidance to when will exit
From your commment I am assuming you a option buyer ... There should be a proper stop loss in trade but putting stop loss in option is especially in buying is very difficult..most of times it gets triggered...rather putting stop loss in option selling is some what easy compared to buying....so avoid option buying..
hats off to you what you have achieved so far but so many adjustments and headache. It seems you have traded with more than 10000 qty...and 20k profit from 10k qty means net to net hardly 2-3 points... i personally don't feel worth as far as headache, capital requirement, adjustments are concern...
Hedging costs a lot and also decreases your profit but when you are unsure about the trade you must hedge so that you end not making big loss and make atleast some money
I think you don't know that Options are introduced for hedging purpose only not for trading purpose but in our country social media made options a trading instrument... This guy is utilising same concept of hedging to control losses and some what make them fix also.... So learn hedging.... Even you can trade futures with option at low margin by help of hedging...
