We all know about SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas but on two different occasions federal judge Aileen Cannon failed to disclose luxury trips on the public docket. Before throwing out the Mar-A-Lago documents case against Mr Trump she had visited a luxury lodge in Montana on the dime of Leonard Leo and did not properly disclose those trips. I doubt she was there to fly fish.

For that to happen, we need 2/3rd majority in the congress. Otherwise SCOTUS is untouched by ethics code! Ethics code applies to all justices except SCOTUS. Constitution says only congress can do that by an amendment that also includes scotus.
