I’ve never played this, I picked up tsw 4 special edition on sale for 25 bucks on Xbox after watching this video, looks pretty fun.

If you have never played you are probably best starting off with the last version , for one it's cheaper so not much of a loss , secondly you can upgrade it for free to tsw5 on Tuesday . And if you do enjoy the game you can start collecting routes that you enjoy !

I do like my trains but found the controls a little much for my thinking… kept getting confused… at the moment tsw4 is at a rock bottom price… think I’ll take the plunge and buy it and persevere

It's the same as the last ,.no real graphical improvements really apart from lighting and shadows . Just a bundle of routes and trains that works out a hell of a lot cheaper than buying it all separate

Starting to wish I bought this game now instead of Test drive Solar crown which I can't even play because the servers don't work

@@brianjthomson17 well as of Tuesday you can upgrade to 5 , which only be the core game with no add ons but it will future proof you if you fancy buying any tsw5 routes or locos
