@@jessicadunu6335 Exactly, we know about former president KM and his wife's tenders, including the Iran oil scandal but he is an Oppenheimer favourite, so he is safe. The biggest problem in this country is factional prosecution. I mean the president himself, the decision not to prosecute anyone in Phala-Phala is as irrational as Mpshe' 2008/9 decision. The ANC SG has the NAFCOC/ Dubai trip plus his wife's tenders. They all have smallanyana skeletons. Even their appointment as non executive directors in companies is a mirage by private companies to use these NEC folks' proximity to power. Pule Mabe took an offramp to the N3 and he is no longer 'protected'. Mxim, we need a truly 'independent' NPA.
