This is a retreat. It will be both in-person and livestreamed. We will make our best attempt to take online questions! Lama Lena will give teachings on the path of Mahamudra and instruction on how to practice Mahamudra meditation. These teachings from His Holiness the 16th Karmapa, were passed on to Lama Lena Lama Lena directly from her root guru Wangdor Rinpoche.

In the Kagyu lineage, Mahamudra is considered the most profound and powerful practice for directly experiencing the nature of mind. As a term, Mahamudra refers to the nature of reality, an ancient lineage of practice from India, and a set of practical meditations.
