I got a place on the southern end of lake Eufaula. There’s good fishing in Eufaula. Crappie fishing is very temperamental especially when a lot of fronts pass through and when they pull a lot at the dam. I catch a lot of crappie at night using a green light off it a ledge. From February to April is the best time to crappie fish. I’ll catch them a lot of times at night. God bless y’all. I’ve never caught any flatheads in lake Eufaula but they catch them in the Chattahochee river below the Ft. Gains dam
We were down again this year the 3rd week of March. The crappie were slow until we figured them out. I’m going to get a video from the trip edited this weekend. Thanks for watching and commenting. God Bless & Tight lines
I was at my lake house all last week. The mayflies was hatching on both the Alabama and Georgia side of the lake. Me and a good friend of mine caught the limit on bream using crickets and worms. Where ever you the fish popping the floating mayflies that’s where we caught them. Nice size bream
I grew up fishing white oak creek. Had a lot of good memories fishing off the bank and with my father on his boat when I was a kid. I plan to go up to the lake house Monday for a week. I think we’re going to fish for bream and shellcracker in the daytime and crappie and stripes off of a lit dock using minnows and jigs
