Two.. bags.. FULL of Nintendo games? That right there, man... I was excited to watch you open the bags. Truth be told, I think the bags themselves are kinda the coolest part :P
@SeeJayAre

Apparently they go for about $30, I've actually come across one before...

So the bags make up the price already xD so you got all of those games for free pretty much

The snes is heavy because it's the first release model with the separate sound board in it. That's also why it has the slot cover locking mechanism.

Video taping inside of someone's home without their permission, would qualify for invasion of privacy. I believe you might want to be careful when posting video of this nature.

With yugioh cards it's all about what they do just because there holographic doesn't mean there good or valuable but basically this is how it works rares have a shiny silver name, super rares just have a holographic picture but no shiny name, ultra rares are holographic and have a gold shiny name, and then there's secret rares that have a holographic picture with sparkles and I can't remember what the names look like on those but take note of the sparkles. And if it says limited edition that doesn't mean it's a good card but those also look like secret rares if it's first edition it will say it just below the picture, first edition means that those were the first launch of cards to come out for a specific release. 1st editions can be worth way more money than a card that isn't first edition. And cards that don't have embellishments are just called commons and are worth no more than 5 bucks but mostly all commons are less than 1 dollar it just depends on what they do

Awesome finds! Those bags were filled with gold! And the bags themselves are really freaking cool. I'm interested to find out what's inside that SNES! The lid wouldn't go down because the power button was pushed up. Push it down to the "off" spot and you should be able to close that flap

To sell them I recommend going to a trading card store and look for people who play yugioh and show them your collection and politely ask them if they are interested in buying some cards if they like what they see they will start pulling out that money
@Dragondude2525
@Dragondude2525 10 лет назад
al yugioh cards say 1996 on them, because that is when the manga started. Konami just used the copyright year of 1996, even though the card game didn't start in Japan until 1999, and it didn't make it to north america until early 2002. I remember being almost done grade 5 when it first came out and it hit big really fast!
@janad913

why the snes is so heavy is because it's a older model and try turning the power switch of it may help you with the snes.

Boomer's Adventure is super strange. I have no idea why I have it (must have been a gift from my parents back when I was a wee lass). Was never a fan of the game (lots of password crap), but the box art style is pretty neat. The Nintendo bag lot was an amazing find!

I live in the southern states of the U.S. and I have to say, $45 for that N64 bundle was a total steal. People in my area try getting $80-95 with just one controller and some random generic titles. Also, what type of spy cam are you using?
@SeeJayAre

wow, man..my finds are so linear, happy to see stuff I never even knew about here i.e the mega man ds games. Also appreciate you snapping footage of the guy not wanting to sell his stuff. I come across this scenario all the time, and never really know how to handle it.
@SeeJayAre
@SeeJayAre 10 лет назад
I always like to put some pressure on but still be polite... You can sense when they really don't want to sell, then I back off. I've found so many great pickups after hearing "I don't have anything I want to sell"... I like to ask if they would be willing to bring it out and see if there's any games they would be willing to part with or if I have to I mention that I have lots of $ in my wallet. Once they bring it outside it's usually a done deal.
@kkzee123

the best deal i have going right now is that i am picking up 4 pokemon GBA games, i forget which ones exactly, but they are all main series, just can't remember which one of the 5 main series games is left out, but i am getting the 4 of them for 35$. I know for a fact that Sapphire is one of them, and that is the only one i don't own, so i'll be keeping that and selling the other 3, should be able to get 20$ a piece minimum!

Wow ! some awesome finds sir. Man I love those Nintendo bags , they are freakin sweet! also the Super Nintendo , the reason its heavy is because its a first generation model. it was built differently with an extra sound module in the beginning and when you open it next to a lighter model you will notice why its so heavy. Also the first ones locked in the games. keep up the good work! awesome pick up vids!

You cannot get one past anyone, and I think its because of the LACK of sheer volume in my City and also were a poorer city so 8 out of 10 offers I make on stuff on FB or other sites like OfferUp or CL are rejected people thinking they are going to make or get more (they wont) but continue to relist on CL or FB Sale Sites etc...frustrating

freakin lucky!! AMAZING SNES find! you said you are in windsor or waterloo? i'm in downtown toronto and there is nothing!! all the yard sales i have ever gone to always have old lady clothes and jewelry, broken or outdated electronics, extremely dirty toddler toys, furniture, and plants. I find Guitar Hero games always, but nothing else, not even sports games! and it's not due to me being late, it seems like no one in Toronto even owns video games. i really think parents now are doing the whole digital distribution thing, and i know for a fact that in the better parts of the city the EB Games are always getting trades from parents that just don't give a flying you know what. there is nothing, and people that do have older stuff are so attached that they will only accept insane offers!
@SeeJayAre
@SeeJayAre 10 лет назад
Yeah, I'm in the Waterloo area... I would imagine garage sailing would be brutal in TO, have you ever thought of taking a drive to a town 20-30 min outside TO? I always thought that a place like Guelph would be a great spot, it'd would be well worth it if you could find a nice honey hole.
