LIVE | Gaza War Spreads: Israel, Hezbollah Inching Closer to War | Vantage with Palki Sharma
Tensions continue to escalate in West Asia after a deadly attack on a football ground in Israel-occupied Golan Heights killed 12 children. Israel has blamed Hezbollah for the attack. However, the Lebanon-based militant group has denied the allegations saying that they did strike Golan Heights but not the football ground. Israel has vowed to retaliate against the purported Hezbollah attack. Israel and Hezbollah have been exchanging fire since October last year, however, Saturday's strike on Golan Heights is expected to trigger a wider war in the region. The world already seems to preparing for a larger war. Air France, Lufthansa and some of the Turkish carriers have cancelled flights from Beirut.
Countries like Germany, the US and India have asked their citizens to exercise caution. Israel is already engaged in a full-blown war with Gaza. Israel's allies, including the US, are reportedly not onboard for a wider war. Moreover, Hezbollah is more well-equipped than Hamas in Gaza. Can Israel sustain a multi-front war? @@shaileshmaurya3173 I am not giving any pol party benefit of doubt, just take out your political lenses and see. Ground reality is very different. Do you think only AAP benefits on the ground through these? The mayor, mla, mp, chief secy, commissioner, coaching mafias, owners, brokers, landlords are all part of the same ecosystem. MCD is primarily responsible for this tragedy. The mcd mayor from AAP on one side; all bureaucrats on the other including the mcd commissioner report to LG. Bureaucracy is primarily responsible for implementation on the ground. So why should I not blame everyone? And reporting of Firstpost to very extent is right leaning in favour of the ruling party, I don't see any reason not to go after AAP run MCD. Atleast do a story on it. The thing is parties themselves don't want to give the protest clout and rake up issues, Case खुलेगा तो काफी गड़े मुर्दे निकलेंगे.

Again, she reported on the Budget of India, Manipur Protests, Infra failure in India, that should also not have been reported if it only had a bearing on the domestic front. The protest is gaining ground. All the diplomats living in Delhi know what is going on in the capital. Foriegn media will eventually latch onto it and will cover it sooner than later. That is a bigger embarrassment than not owning up and reporting the true picture from India.
