Very Disorganised. Why don't you get the winners and more specially the Presenters of the Awards, near to the podium, it has to take time for them to appear? Organisation has been and is still one of the biggest challenges in Africa. People and organizations don't want to change for the better, why?
From Banka Manneh to Mr Jammeh, how does this change so suddenly? Why pick an award presenter who not in the hall or coming late, yet announcing that is Banka but is actually Mr Jammeh presenting? This is the disorganisation I have been refering to. It seems the award presenters are not informed beforehand, very poor.
