Just a thought, put the Kifaru meat bag in the pack first, then load each meat bag individually...Thank for the tip of weight off the bottom of the pack, good info-

Good info. I don't think I can carry 100lbs of meat, plus gear. I hope I have too though :)

What kind of hunting pack would you recommend to haul big game meat and also carry a kape head for an affordable price??

I think alps makes some decent affordable "hunting"packs. But if you can get a Kifaru I finally got one this year after wanting one for 15+ years you won't go back to anything!
